the glass on the largest frame that I ordered arrived damaged (scratches visible, also when the protection layer is partially taken off), I would like to receive a non damaged product but the return isn't free, and I didn't realize it came from Denmark. The return will cost too much. Is there anything customer service can do to help with this? Happy to supply pictures.

Frame smells bad
Otherwise everything went well with the order, but the frame itself smells bad. We put it on top of our couch, and now when sitting there you feel this smell all the time. It’s hard to describe it. Mould, chemicals?

Not a real website. No way to cancel an order, not respecting Europeans rules on returns. Be careful. Paid for express delivery in 2-4 working days, package arrived on 6th working day when I was gone 👏

We do not provide a service of Express delivery but express handling which is the priority in the shipping of packages in our warehouse.
