Please re-work your cancel procedure
They really need to re-engineer their customer journey. The webshop does not provide a function to cancel an order. I did send an email immediately requesting to cancel, but it was too late because the order was 'already shipped'. Apparently somebody processes the order and does not check if there are any related emails.

Product ok, but crappy delivery service
You charge a lot for postage and it takes far too long...which means you are making money in it....this should not be the case...charge extra for the product if you need too but don't muck around with delivery....very frustrating for your customers having to wait for so long
