Just that at causeway bay where I was supposed to wait for the bus, there is proper BIGBUS signage.

Thankyou for ponchos.
Great value and experience
Used Big Bus Tours in Hong Kong and Sydney. Great service and a great way to see a lot in a short period of time. The Hong Kong Deluxe Ticket tour was well worth the little extra money for those extra attractions.
Must do is the Night Tour and Peak Tram! Very cool. Recommend doing the Peak Tour early in the day, on a clear day. The trip out to Stanley Market is an adventure in itself and a scenic ride. Don't miss the market.
Excellent combination of tours

An excellent way to see a lot in a short space of time. Buses were frequent and you could always get a seat. Very impressed.
Hard to find bus stops

We purchased a 2 day pass and did the Red and Green route without any issues. However when we came to do the 3rd route we were very disappointed in the accuracy of the commentary especially when it told us about the Temple street market about 3 mins before we passed it. The commentary also stated that the tour had finished when there was still one stop to go. We went to get off the bus and the lady indignantly told that we had to stay on if we wanted to finish the tour which we did. When we came to the actual last stop there was no announcement and we had to guess that we needed to leave the bus. This experience has tarnished our opinion of the big bus company and would have to think hard before choosing your buses.

Enjoyed our day very much
Enjoyed our day very much. Wish we had more time, and would have done the 2 day tour. The price of the ferry from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island was included.
We saw a lot of Hong Kong, the highlight probably Victoria Peak - the tour included a free tram ticket and also priority boarding which was a great bonus when we saw the long queues waiting for entry! The ticket also included going right to the top of the Peak building without any extra payment. Apart from the glorious views, we were surprised to see how many shops and food and drink outlets there were in the Peak buildings - even Gordon Ramsay has an outlet there!
We started on the blue line, then the green and red lines, back over to Kowloon. The commentary was very good, and gave plenty of detail during the journey.
I would recommend it to anyone to see as much of Hong Kong as possible in a single day!!
The bus timings are poor
The bus timings are poor. You need to start lining up 20 minutes before your bus times. On the Kowloon side they only run every 45 minutes but you may spend more than that waiting. On the Central side they run every 30 minutes but expect to line up for a while if you don't want to miss it. The delays don't make it value for money. The other issue is that the stops are only announced on the audio recording and even if you are listening to it you only have a split second to react to ensure you have a chance to get off. Better off using the MTR and get use to the HK bus network. Much faster and will save you alot of time. Even if you catch a occassional taxi which is very cheap in HK you will find yourself better off.

Good way to get around and see HK
Good way to get around and see HK. Could be more audio with informative information - audio was repetitive across the different routes. Could do with another bus on the blue route to make it more frequent.
The app is handy as a reference and see live bus tracking.
Hong Kong March 2019 ideas
in Light of our recent trip and after using Big Bus in the US and Singapore the only suggestion would be for more stops and to have the BIG BUS stops clearly marked on the street. Having the staff visible was great however there are some stops that are not clear and you can easily miss them when walking to locate them.
I was given misleading information…
I was given misleading information regarding the blue line bus in Hong Kong. It was my last opportunity to ride the blue line before my ticket expired and I was told it stops in front of the Peninsula Hotel . I thought the bus stop is on Salisbury Road in front of the big entrance. Not so. It is around the corner at another side of the hotel. This misleading information from Big Bus staff caused me to miss the bus. I tried to find the next stop for the bus but you do not have signs indicating exactly where the bus stops. Even your night tour on the red line indicates that the tour ends in Nathan Road but it doesn’t. It turns into another street off of Nathan Road. As a result of the misleading information from the staff person I was not able to travel the blue line and also had to walk a few kilometres to my hotel which I was not happy with. Bus stops should be clearly marked and able to be identified easily. You indicate on the timetable that it stops near a certain building. This isn’t good enough. In other cities where we have used Big Bus services the bus stops are clearly identified. Overall Big bus is a good way to see a city but these issues need attention.
Big Bus Tour in Hongkong was very…
Big Bus Tour in Hongkong was very recommendable to jetsetter friends
1. Incredibly affordable for all the services we got, hop on hop off to the blue bus stops, transport to the red /green bus thru ferry ride back and forth, Peak tram ride to see the breath taking Aireal view of the Harbour,Sampan boat ride, Harbour night tour, the green and red hop on hop off bus
2. Staff who speak English
3. Staff who guided us where to locate the stations
4. Discounted price for online booking
5. Special mention about this Rolly Alconga who even explained to us the use of the apps to locate the actual time where the bus is located and even accompany us to the bus literally!
Big Bus in Hong Kong is more than just about buses
We have used BB all over the world. HK is challenging and the company has added several water transfers, ferries and harbour tours to make it more than just about the roads. HK comes to visual life in the evening and it is a city that never seems to sleep. Coupled with the inclusive Victoria Peak Tram ticket (On our deluxe ticket), My wife and I thought they had put a great and good value package together. Be aware that it can be wet and BB kindly offer free plastic poncho's. Most of their buses also have a third of the top deck under a roof - but not all! WE were very impressed and highly recommend.
We bought the deluxe 2 day package
We bought the deluxe 2 day package. It was a great deal. We got to see most of Kowloon and HK island and do all the extras. And bought it online for a discount. It was easy to redeem. Kamal at blue 11 was very very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable.
Very good
Very good. Would have liked busses to run a bit later at nught though.
Too Long to wait for the Next Bus to come!!
We book in many Cities „ Big Bus Tours“ but in Hongkong there was two things, we have to kritisice!
You have to wait in every case 45 min in every Stopp for the Next Bus to come!
In all of the 3 Hongkong Lines you hear the sometimes same coments and it is much to less, what you hear of the city and the history of Hongkong- Most of the Time you hear Music!
Hong Kong tour bust
Great info on recordings.
Sky 100 would not take electronic voucher so I had to leave the tower to to the next stop and figure out how to get back. So I picked the peak instead but the lines were ridiculous so I did not get to do that either.
Big Buss should advise on a plan for the time I had.
Lady at Hong Kong City shuttle was most helpful.
We purchased a 2 day bells and whistles…
We purchased a 2 day bells and whistles pass. The Blue line on Kowloon was a non event a too few stopping points. The two routes on the Island were not too bad. The one hour harbour cruise was quite good. We did the Sandpan ride which was really good. For the money it was only average, but it was far to far on Kowloon to walk to our nearest pick up point. I would use the MRT and Bus if we ever went again.
