Helpful staff
The staff is nice and helpful. We had so much to visit in Hong Kong over 2 days. Thanks !
It was very interesting and informative.

Great way to see Hong Kong and surrounding area. There was a convenient stop right at our hotel. The only negative experience was trying to find the pickup point in Harbour City area.

The whole package of deluxe ticket was very good value for money highlights The Peak and Star ferry on return from night tour of Kowloon when stops half way to catch start of light show.
No signs, hard to find.
We arrived at the cruise port terminal. There were representatives there, but they could not tell us how to proceed. There was also a bus there, but we were not allowed to board it because it MIGHT be full of cruise passengers. We were told to take a shuttle bus to the train station where we would find a Big Bus representative. There was no such person or kiosk. We wandered around the train station until we figured out how to get to downtown Hong Kong. From there it was a nightmare finding a Big Bus stop since the map you gave us doesn't have the street names on it where the bus picks up. There is little to no signage for the Big Bus stops anywhere! The extra tickets for the sampan etc. were useless because we spent all our time trying to find the bus. By the time we got on, we had just enough time to do one route. (Traffic was so slow, it would have taken another 2 hours to do the second route.) Once on board, the commentary was excellent.

It was a good experience and very convienient to be able to go around the big city!
Tour was great but be careful about the blue night tour....
The different tours were great and showed you many of the sights. The ferry ride was included in the price and that was good. The smaller boat (can't remember the name) but was on the green route wasn't too much fun. They sailed you around other boats but besides a few nice ones the majority were really ugly and they highlight was the floating restaurant but everything else we saw was really ugly so not worth to add this to the ticket. The night tour was good and not good. Seeing a big city at night is always great but they fail to tell you that they leave you in Kowloon and you have to find a way to return on your own back to Hong Kong city. That wasn't any fun that we had to find out on our own and the driver didn't tell us, just had his cigarette break and didn't communicate well in English at all. The first stop in Kowloon at night was to see the HK skyline but it wasn't fully dark yet so that kinda sucked. There are a few stops on the blue night tour tho but you can't hop back on as they are only drop off (not sure if you were waiting for the bus if they let you back on). Just a major bummer that they don't tell you at the starting point that you are stuck to find your own way back (especially if you already used your only 1 time ticket back on the ferry) so beware.

One of the best way to get around HK with quite good explanations.
Very good early but crowded later.

The tours were informative and decently priced for what you get, it's just a pity that they stop running so early in the evening.
It would be nicer if some of the drivers drove less aggressively. The queue for the peak tram was very very long :-(
Drivers should not drive that fast

Excellent
Excellent service and great way to see and experience Hong Kong.
Great Tour for Exploring Hong Kong / Kowloon / Stanley on your own !!
We had 3 days to spend in Hong Kong while staying with friends who were working. We booked a 48 hour Big Bus tour with some extras (Kowloon night, Sky101, Harbor Cruise). We ended up doing all the three loops (HK-Red, Kowloon-Blue, and Stanley-Green) , riding each loop fully, and then re-doing a couple of loops at least partially and getting off/on at certain locations that were of interest to us. By the end of it, we had a comprehensive sense for Hong Kong. Sometimes waits for next bus were a bit long for our liking (20 min - half hour), but that was a small price to pay for the coverage of the tour. For our tastes, we liked the Stanley loop the best. Kowloon night was only about average. Harbor cruise was time well spent, though felt a bit long at the end. Would highly recommend overall !!
Weekend in HK
Easy online booking process and ticket collection in HK; we were there for 2 full days before going over to mainland China and booked the Deluxe package which includes the Kowloon night tour, a harbour tour, 4 single ferry crossings each, a Sampan in Victoria and the Peak Tram.
It enables you to get a decent overview of the whole of HK island and is excellent value for money compared to the 'private' tours in HK and the 2 days gave us just enough time to fit everything in.
Big Bus is a great choice
Big Bus is a great choice!
Before leaving for a trip to Hong Kong, I purchased two-day tickets on The Big Bus. A stop was right at our hotel but we had to walk to the office at the Star Ferry which was only a short distance. The attendant there was very pleasant. She quickly provided the vouchers, passes for the Tram and other items all stapled in a nice Big Bus holder. We rode two of the three routes over 2 days. This was our first time returning to Hong Kong in 20 years and everything had changed. The Big Bus Tour was so efficient and the recorded commentary provided useful information. I highly recommend Big Bus Hong Kong. (I used Big Bus Las Vegas a year ago which was horrible and I thought I would never use them again. So happy for this great experience. I also used Big Bus Dubai on this trip and will review that next.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of central and Kowloon, the drivers very friendly and courteous, the bus timings very good, however, felt that there was not a lot of content in the voice guided tour. We spent lots of time listening to music; I felt we listened to 80% music and 20% destination content. Please improve your content otherwise I would be reluctant to book again for our guests (I live in HK); thank you
Great for short stay
Had a layover in Hong Kong. This allowed me to take in all the sights in the one day I had to explore the city. Would highly recommend.
Spring break Hong King
This is an excellent way to to see the city and learn the history and find great places to eat, drink and shop. The staff was helpful and kind.
