My concern

FOR PICK UP POINT IS JUST HARD TO LOCATE. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE IN YOUR COMPANY PRESENT EVERY POST, JUST LIKE IN UAE.
Sometimes our time is wasted jjust for looking, considering that we are just tourists and HK is not an English speaking country.

Overall happy but......

Overall I am happy except for 2 occasion.
1- One of your staff standby near Peninsula hotel ( a philiphino ) is not suitable to be working in this service industry. He has no customer service oriented at all. His response to my question is blunt
2- Your driver refuse to take us from Stanly whereby it’s not yet 5.30 pm ( last trip pick up from Stanly) there were approximately 8 of us had to take public transport back to Station

Highly convenient and easy to use

It was very easy to book the Bus 1 day before using it. The tour is really comprehensive and has good add-ons like the tram to the observatory. Good choice if you are not familiar with the city.

Too few buses and never on time

There are too few buses and too many people and the buses are never inline with the timetable. Sometimes it’s 15min between, sometimes it’s 45min, you never can tell. We waited in one stop for 60min. Make sure you get on at the actual start point because we got on the stop before and got told to get off and the next bus was full already.

We bought two days and used the bus for a total of an hour or two. Wasted our money to be honest.
The free passes to the Sky100 and ferry were good though... it was the saving grace

I use options like this when I am new…

I use options like this when I am new to a city, this was perfect. It gives you the lay of the land with 3 different lines to use and several added benefits then you can go back and explore any of the stops you missed. It was a great use of time. Thank you

The layout of the tours was well done

The layout of the tours was well done. The people that are at the stops and driving the buses aren't very helpful or even very nice though I noticed it depended on which stop I was talking with people at. The buses are clean.

Big Bus....Big Hit!

Loved the earphones/commentary with multiple language choices.
Flexible routes. Awesome selection of sites to see.
Loved that you can tour “on your own time”. Hop on hop off at your leisure.
Big Bus representatives easily identifiable at every stop made it easy to navigate on the tour. They were extremely informative and very helpful. I never worried about getting lost or missing my bus - especially important to me as I was travelling alone.

Not kid friendly service.

Waited more than hour in a stop. Then we saw the bus speeding did not bother to check passenger. For me its a poor service at hong kong. Its not child friendly and drivers are always on rush, not thinking about small passengers safety. Not recommended with kids.

Was our first experience with Big Bus …

Was our first experience with Big Bus We highly recommend it for an overview of the major sites to see. The drivers and employees at the drop off sites were very helpful and knowledgeable. The only drawback was that it would be nice if it continued a little later in the evening.

“It Worked”

It worked, as simple as that. In conjunction with app on phone you knew where and how long before next bus arrived. Also, staff everywhere and easy to identify. Certainly will use again.
