Interesting and well organised
Interesting and well organised; the "extras" (tram and ferry ride) were much appreciated. We had limited time, so only did the red route. Our only problem, as first time visitors to Hong Kong, was finding the main pick up point. Perhaps it could be made clearer how to do this, mentioning the big foot bridge.
Simply fabulous!
We did all three Hong Kong routes in one day
We did all three Hong Kong routes in the day we had available. Even though I have been to HK on many, many occasions I still had not been to a number of places the tour took us, particularly on the southern side of the island.
If you just want a whistle-stop tour of Hong Kong then you could not ask for better value and a better way of seeing all that there is to see.
If you do have a few days to go then still buy the Big Bus ticket and spread the exploration over the time available.
Incredibly good value for money even on a rainy day!
Great recovery
I booked the tickets online and then proceeded on the tour. Due traffic in Hong Kong (both the Island and Kowloon), the buses were all very delayed and we did not manage to see any of the sites we had planned. In fact, we ended up walking quite a lot of the time. We phoned the Call Centre and were unable to get any realtime updates or suggestion for resolution.
Overnight, I wrote to their management who very swiftly resolved the situation. No backwards and forwards of emails - a straight refund. Great recovery!

Bus stops not clearly identified on route. Otherwise very worthwhile.
3 Hop On/Off lines; good trip with some issues
We got on all 3 Hop On/Off lines in one day to become oriented with the city. Seeing the city this way was great & informative.
We did experience a few issues. (1) ALL 3 lines go to the same Ferris Wheel attraction/area; one visit is more than enough. Please consider changing your route as 3 buses seeing the same exact areas is too boring & I feel it is a waste of $$ & time.
(2) It was a cold day but we sat above on all 3 buses. We changed lines and on the 3rd and final bus, outside temps were colder. I opted to sit downstairs where I thought it would be warmer. It was cold downstairs, I bundled up with gloves, head scarf & jacket. I finally approached the driver, saw it was 19 centigrade in the bus. I shivered and told him it was cold in the bus. He said he would correct it. After a while, the two of us sitting in the bus told each other we were freezing. I decided to check with driver again and saw he had set the temp to 17 centigrade. I told him it was even colder. He suggested I go upstairs where it was heated & I would be warmer. Wow! What a difference, this bus had a covered canopy where warm air kept passengers comfy. My first reaction was of content, my next reaction was anger that the driver hadn't mentioned this area in the first place. Instead, I sat uncomfortably on the bottom level and got a nice "cold virus" from it. The next day, I mentioned this issue to one of your reps & asked if she could pass it along to management so others wouldn't have a similar experience. I felt she "could care less" in her attitude about my concern but she said she would pass along my info. (3) We bought vouchers on line, prior to our trip. What a frustrating surprise to find we had to get from cruise ship to the downtown area to exchange our on line tickets for bus vouchers. Please consider a kiosk or person at the terminal or closer to the terminal to help other cruise passengers.
We did not get the best experience as…
We did not get the best experience as the date we were in Hongkong occurred when the Big Bus company was having a company function that meant a curtailed days access and the complete abandonment of the night tour. This only became apparent when we arrived at the Big Bus office to obtain our tickets. No attempt was made to compensate us for this seriously curtailed tour. Why did the company take our money when we booked the tour in advance and they must have already known about the company function? Not good enough!!!!!!

WE pay 70 USS and we had only two hours of bus because of Chinese New Year and NOBODY TOLD THAT
Three tours in one day!
Great way to get around and see the different parts of the City. A little less music and more commentary would be an improvement.
We enjoyed our Big Bus tour.
The need for a printed ticket is an issue.
I would have given you five stars except that I never received the confirmation email with my QR code. I was only going to be in Hong Kong for two days so I didn't add an international calling plan to my mobile phone. As a result, I was unable to get SMS messages. Furthermore, I use Yahoo for my email and there seems to be a delay in getting yahoo mail while in Hong Kong. I didn't receive the confirmation email until 10AM that morning. I had to find your local office fast. Luckily you have lots of people working for you behind the Peninsula Hotel and at the Ferry port. I was finally directed to the information center at the ferry port where I was able to get my ticket printed. My biggest gripe with you is that you require a printed ticket. Not everyone has access to a printer when traveling. My hotel didn't offer one to me. So I'm forced to find your office and get my ticket printed there. Why can't you put the ticket on the BigBus app just like a boarding pass for an air flight? You'd have to work with Star Ferry to get them to accept a scanned QR code rather than the paper ticket they seem to require.
Wanted to begin survey of Hong Kong…
Wanted to begin survey of Hong Kong with a stop number 5 of a red branch - haven't managed to find her though the place of a stop was passed repeatedly. Have been forced to go by the beginning of a route. Having passed on beauty to a branch, were convinced that stops are simply not visible. Then having moved on the ferry to Kowloon, have gone to look for a stop number 10 to pass on a blue branch. Looked for more than an hour, but haven't found a stop though were precisely in the place specified on the card. By us during this time hasn't passed any bus of Big Bus tours.
The travel in itself on a red branch is rather interesting, but nevertheless is provided to information insufficiently.

Fantastic service loved all the routes and especially good using the fast pass for the peak tram
The sellers on Kowloon dock side were…
The sellers on Kowloon dock side were very rude. Always 'too busy' to assist. Even to the point of giving us our tickets after purchasing online. We had to pay to go back across the water to do this. HK island ones though were really helpful and informative.
Great orientation to Hong Kong
Great orientation to Hong Kong. Couple of connection points for earphone jacks didn’t work
Wonderful tours perfectly organized
Hong Kong - DO NOT USE
The Hong Kong operation of this company is a shambles. Buses turn up fulll and you cannot get on. Staff disappear when people start complaining, there are no bus stop signs so you don’t know if you are waiting in the right place. Hop off/ and hope to hop back on if you are lucky.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Great way to see Hong Kong
An awesome way to get around Hong Kong and Kowloon to see all the important venues in a short period of time. The narrative was easy to hear and very informative. Some pick up locations were not easy to find because of the lack of signage but people were very helpful when they saw us looking at the Big Bus map which was really useful.
