Really enjoyed it!
I must admit that the tour looked a little pricey at first but I decided to book the 48hr tickets anyway and was not at all disappointed. We did both the red and blue routes in one day, and the walking tour the next. Good value for money.

This was a complete waste of money
This was a complete waste of money. Trundle round in the traffic with out of sync commentary, nothing to inspire us to hop off at all. My advice is to walk it and see the lovely buildings close up.

Narrative is useless and not synchronized to current position of Bus. Wait times are too long. Circuits are too long if one wants to go to a specific location......Save your money....Walk if close...get a cab if far..

I have done the hop-on hop-off bus in many cities in Europe and this one in Vienna was horrible I didn't even do the second half they didn't stop at any major points of interest. It was horrible I wish I had my money back I will never recommend them or use them again. Linda mostyn

Great Experience with Big Bus Vienna
We were quite impressed with Big Bus Vienna. Enjoyed the commentary, very informative and nicely mixed with wonderful music. The bus stops were nicely spaced out for the most part and included ideal spots to walk around and even walk from one stop to another.
We bought our tickets online and had them ready on our phone for the agent once we got to the bus stop.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this company to our friends.

The e-ticket was not valid for the second day, because there was required the paper ticket! (what would be the reason to have an App an Qcode if it is not useful. As a result I actually lost my 2nd day Premium tour :-(

Still displaying old pass info on buses (blue bus),,,
Only problem was there was conflicting information given out on what the deluxe 3 day pass included .On signage on the actual bus you are allowed to choose one of three activités which is what I thought I had purchased. On board the blue bus a driver told us he was sorry for the confusing signage and said we could swap the night tour for a river cruise. Upon telling the bus
assistant at stop 1 this he too bad you picked the night your and that was that. If we wanted a river cruise we would have to pay extra for it . Pity your people give the public different info. Disappointed with this attitude.

Enjoyed our ride.
We got a two day pass because there is a lot to see in Vienna. Glad we did. The ride was safe and comfortable and it was a great way to see the sights.

My visit was in May, There was not eough chairs for the tourist in the first floor, in the second the wheather cold is imposible, the bus are crowd in the red route
