Good morning, unfortunately I have to make a complaint for the service in Vienna. the morning of November 20, 2018, we used the service, first on the Red line, Punctual, fairly clean, discreet entertainment. The afternoon, Blue line, leaves us at 4:48 pm intersection with Red "Museumsquartier", saying that that Bus was returning, we are waiting for a Red or Blue Bus under the snowfall for half an hour, with a 6 year old girl. then caught in discomfort we take the metro and return.

In Viena TOP, in Budapest not so much.
In vienna: The tour is very organized, and all the routs allows you to see and explore all the important and relevant marks in Vienna. We choose the Premmium, with the night tour, and it was perfect.
All the workers are really nice and helpfull. It was a really great experiente.
In Budapest: the experience wasnt so great, there aren’t so Many buses, and the night tour doesnt have a Guide. Because it was raining we didnt se anything.
During the day, the bus was open so we were cold.
So please, in Viena try it!

But it was 2:30 pm when I had asked about the free city walking tour indicated in the classic ticket,they told me no walking tours this day as it was in the early morning only..
I was really disappointed as this was not mentioned in your advertisement .

Excellent tours
Excellent tours! Vienna is a great walking City so the highlights are on foot. Our evening tour was fabulous with a very informative guide.
Nice opportunity to get out to palaces outside the downtown area.

A comfortable way to see the sights of Vienna.
We got on the bus at the Votivkirche stop as it was closest to our hotel. Did the full Red Route first. Followed with the complete Blue Route. At the end of the day, we had a good overview of Vienna. It is a good introduction of the city. My husband & I enjoyed it very much.

This is the first time I joined BIGBUS
This is the first time I joined BIGBUS, a bit upset at the beginning because I bought the 3 days bus ticket with visit the belvedere thru internet but when reach there, they said no such arrangement with BIGBUS. We have to go back and check what's going wrong and finally they said it was not yet announced, but why still sell it at internat??
The bus tours are great, we joint the cruise tour and walk tour as well. For the walk tour, the tour guide is great and he can let us know more about Vienna and history as well. He is George, thanks alot.

Overall this tour was just not worth…
Overall this tour was just not worth doing. The tour company has a deal with river cruises and makes several stops there which wasn't appreciated. The route is also not ideal and doesn't give you the best overview of the city. I would give it a miss.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money! Hopped off after 50 min on the bus during which we had moved around a street corner. Too much traffic in downtown Vienna. We switched to public transportation which is well priced ($8 for a day ticket) and quickly and smoothly transferred between busses, trams and U Bahn to get to our destinations around Vienna.

fun experience, easy to pay online prior to visiting, regular buses. some places we went to visit were closed would have been good if the bus driver told us prior to leaving the bus

You should add ac to your buses or add more windows. When the heat is on, there's no way to ride below deck comfortably.
