Delivery is very quick and the quality of the clothing is excellent. I have used big dude a few times now and the own brand clothes are accurately sized. If I had to criticise something I would comment that I am a little shorter than average so would appreciate it if there was an option to have their shirts about 3 inches shorter

Terrible experience – Wrong items, shipping issues, and zero accountability
I am very dissatisfied with the service of Bigdude. The quality of the clothes is terrible, the sizes are wrong. I ordered a size 6XL, but they sent me an 8XL. Their excuse is a "labeling error", but the item is physically too big. It is clearly an 8XL, not the size I paid for.
To make matters worse, there were major shipping issues because they did not give the courier my full address, which caused unnecessary delays and stress.
Their customer service is "one-sided". They admit their labeling errors, but refuse to give free refunds to overseas customers, expecting me to pay for their incompetence. They do not listen to the customer and do not offer any real solutions. Avoid this store unless you are buying from the UK - if they make a mistake, you will have to pay for it.

Worst Customer Experience from a clothing company
Place an order on a Saturday and paid a premium charge for delivery the following Saturday. Delivery did not happen on time, reached out to customer service, who really should not call themselves customer service. There was excuses, lies and absolutely no interest in resolving.
Asked several times for my account to be closed, ‘Alex’ ignored this every time and was just argumentative. Would 100% avoid and will not be using them again.
