I love this big big dude because i can get what I'm looking for and the size without going into shops.

Yes bigdude are fabulous size fits perfect for me. Easy to return at reasonable price.

Ordered wrong size. Tried to create return label online. Website refused to accept my address. Couldn't do it so didn't bother. Not great that the technology doesn't allow me to return. Shame. I won't use again.

The shirts were long and just what was needed. The date is a guess!

Website is easy to navigate, the clothes are good quality and fit well .

Big dude provides high quality clothing at affordable prices that fit very well in my size that is sometimes hard to find. The website is easy to navigate and the images are clear making it easy to make your choice. Everything I have ordered has been of great quality and a good fit and delivered promptly. Overall I'm very happy with everything I have ordered.

Why do big dude believe that if the buyer has a beer belly they must have enormous elephant legs. I would never wear your trousers outside in windy weather. The material and delivery is good but please offer thinner legged jeans/trousers.

As usual, the clothes are excellent, fit well, high quality and cheep.

Don’t use Big Dude Clothing.
I recently purchased two clothing items from them.
I never got them because they used useless Royal Mail (tracked 48hr) who put them in the top of my full recycling bin. They claim this was a safe place. Their delivery photo clearly shows what they did. The bin was then emptied so the items never got to me.
They never put a card through my letterbox!
Royal Mail now claim the items (x2) have been delivered.
Useless Big Dude have no phone numbers and have no way on-line I can find of dealing with this.
Avoid BOTH companies. Royal Mail is on its knees and Big Dude clothing have no customer service interest.

I purchased some jeans and a fleece from Big Dude on March 4th with next day shipping, they were delivered on the 5th with Royal Mail.

The fleece fits well and seems of good quality. I can't speak on the jeans as when I opened the parcel, it was apparent they were far too large (something I suspected would happen. I measured myself before ordering and it came out at 54" even though I wear a 2XL, which is meant to be about 44", but I trusted the measurement).

I queried about a refund on the 6th at 5:38PM because I tore the bag when opening it and wasn't sure if that disqualified me from a refund. I got a response the next minute and was told the jeans just need the tags on and to be unworn, which they were, so a return and refund could go ahead.

I'm nothing if not a procrastinator so it took me until the 20th of March to initiate the return process with Royal Mail, which was super easy. I've never done an online return before but this was really painless, just had to scan a code that was sent in the parcel, then put in my information and my order information. I even had the jeans collected by Royal Mail from my porch, which may sound lazy but I work nights and I'm not really up in the daytime a lot lol. The collection was booked on the 20th, picked up on the 21st, and delivered back to Big Dude on the 23rd. I got a message today (the 25th) saying the jeans were received and a refund would go ahead within 3 business days, but I got the refund a few minutes after that email. Maybe because I purchased through PayPal and PayPal refunds tend to be quicker.

Either way, top tier service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future (and probably will!)

Great customer service. I have ordered workwear trousers for my husband several times and they have been very good. I had an issue with the last two pairs and it was quickly resolved.

Delivered as stated. Quality items at sensible prices.

I ordered several items and returned 3 items. 2 were refunded and 1 was not. No one reached out in the 1 item. When I reached out they said the item was worn and couldn't be refunded. None of the items were worn. They have horrible customer service and lie about products they receive back. I will never order from them again.

Excellent price for excellent clothing. Sizes are accurate / a little on the large size.

Would love to see stretch jeans with boot cut.

we have used Big Dude for a while now, & have been very pleased with the quality price & delivery, until now. The camo joggers were very poor quality but just about ok for the summer. The elasticated cuffs applied to the leg are next to useless, they have very little or know elasticity in the cuffs so they hang very loose.Very disappointed

The product is great. I like the comfort of the boxer briefs and t-shirts. The prices are very reasonable and shipping has been fast. I have ordered many times from this store and have had no issues.
