Amazing worry free service

Sold my bike with these guys last week. Was the easiest process ever. All agreed and collected within 3 days. Price stated online was the price given and each side was happy. Cash in the bank within 10 mins. Loaded in the van and gone within half hour of arrival. Highly recommended.

Offered straight away £500 more than any other online company. My bike was gone within 5 days at a fair price. Mark and raffie made the process breeze. Do not bother with any other company. I was honest about my bike so when it was collected they actually payed the price that was offered. Stress hassle free yes I could have gotten more private sale but it had outstanding that would have made hard plus time wasters and their price was not fair away from what I could have gotten and remember they have to have profit and prep the bike for resale and warranty it. So fair all round thank you raffie and mark.

What can I say, Bigmoto went above and beyond my expectations. Michael in Macclesfield was my contact from the day I called to buy a Talaria Komodo to delivery. This guy made my sons day! Let me explain. I placed an order for a Talaria Komodo motorcycle with the expectation of delivery to the Great Yarmouth shop within 7 days I was told. This took I think 5 days from the supplier, Talaria. We planed to hire a van to collect the bike from Yarmouth but could not get one on the day of delivery due to lack of availability and not through lack of trying! I phoned everywhere in Norwich with little success. So when I called Michael to tell him I cannot pick up the bike until likely the following week he said to hang on he will see if he can arrange something. Michael then managed to arrange for his manager in Yarmouth to deliver the bike on his way home in his works van because he lived near by! This is just priceless customer service, thank YOU! We chucked him £100 for doing this because it was highly appreciated, saved us money in hiring a van and it made my sons day. Overall, amazing experience and will definitely buy another bike from Bigmoto in future. Thank you!

One of the most informative and attentive garages I've ever dealt with.

I bought a Versys 650gt from here a few weeks ago, everything was inspected and handed over looking super clean. I don't live close and Clare was great at relaying all the key info for me and getting a clear digital pack over so I could make an informed decision.

The care after collecting the bike has been truly next level. I had some troubles with the kickstand, as I hadn't noticed the bike had been lowered. The previous owner had DIY'ed the stand to fit the lower height, which didn't fill me with confidence. I gave BigMoto a call and Matt was straight on with a new adjustable stand sent over, and phone call updates so I knew when it would be arriving at no extra cost.
