Still Awaiting Refund- No reply to emails or phone calls
Booking was easy enough, however, the night before our concert, they change the location of our car park not once but twice! The second change resulted us having to park 40 minutes walk away from our venue.
Was promised a full refund back in July but have received nothing . They do not reply to emails or phone calls.
I have resorted to raising a dispute with my credit card company.
Would not use again

Would highly recommend!
Would highly recommend!! Watched Post Malone at Tottenham's stadium and after reviewing other websites that were charging £60+ for parking I stumbled across Big Parking and I'm so glad I did! Their website was very easy to use and very straightforward, Paid £30 and it was so easy to get to the stadium it was practically a straight line, easily a 15 minute walk!!
The staff were VERY friendly gave you all the information before entering and gave you instructions on how to get to the stadium if you didn't know! Upon leaving the car park the customer service stayed the same very helpful and polite and no delays of getting out either unlike some other car parks!
If you are watching anything at Tottenham then this is the place to go!

Simpson building parking
Had the misfortune to have a car that wouldn't start after parking at Simpson building in Birmingham on Saturday 6th September, staff waited until car park cleared then helped to get my vehicle started, what could have been a nightmare scenario due to being 150 miles from home was soon sorted did catch there names but 3 men and lady all very helpful so please pass on my thanks if you can
Awful
Refuse to answer my emails to customer support about a car park which was not open and no way of getting a refund if the do not reply to customer support emails
Awful
Awful. Paid £25 to park for the Fontaines Gig and were left unable to leave for two hours. We'd seen the email sent earlier claiming a 'little' delay afterwards but were told unable to leave until 1am. The police were blocking the gate, thinking it was all hilarious. Joke of a company, will not be using again.
Went to Come Together festival in…
Went to Come Together festival in Newcastle, the car parking is actually a 40 minute walk away from the event not 20-25 as it says on the big parking website. Would have parked elsewhere and probably got it cheaper if it hadn’t been advertised as being close to the venue.
Car park locked for 2hours after gig.
Giving one star as it won’t allow me to give 0 stars.
I paid £25 for a parking space at Fontaines DC. When I returned to my car at around 11pm the gate to car park was locked and big parking staff were refusing to unlock the gate until the exit road was open (1am).
When I booked the space we were informed that they may be delays exiting the car park, but having your car locked in a car park for up to 2 hours after the gig is not a ‘delay’. I was a lone female in a situation that was getting progressively more aggressive. The staff were adamant that they couldn’t open the gate until 1am and the police ended up getting involved.
If big parking knew the road wouldn’t re open until 1am, this should have been communicated fully to the customer. My guess is that they didn’t because no one would book it!
Additionally, a number of distressed customers shouted, ‘I paid £15 for this!’ ‘I paid £20 for this!’
I paid £25. I’ve asked for a refund and have received screenshots of the ‘delay’ message.
Dynamic pricing and sneaky wording. Avoid if you want a safe experience.
Won’t answer and gates not open…
Won’t answer and gates not open absolutely a joke
Terrrible
On initial booking ended up paying twice as no confirmation for either booking was received. Telephoned you who confirmed it was booked. Never received email of confirmation or ticket. Ended up ring three times to get email confirmation sent.
Regarding account never had the option to set one up but then asked me for a password.
Match parking
The usual lady at the parking site is very efficient and polite, and when I have had to phone up it has been answered promptly and again very polite and friendly

Booking is easy on line and the attendants at car park very good
That said a £5 uplift on the previous £15 parking charge for match day parking is not justified and is rather ugly to take
Safe and secure parking
Safe and secure parking in very convenient location. Friendly and helpful on site staff and call centre staff. Great use of technology both website and car park number recognition. Smashing first season and renewed for the new season.
It was convenient parking for Bramley Moore very easy to book
It was very easy to book, all the information very easy to understand and we are hoping that the school gets something towards school funds. At £10 per match, not extortionate for peace of mind for season, hopefully there will be no problems when season starts and convenient walk 15 - 20 minutes

excellent service very easy to book parking ticket. would recommend to anybody to use
Avoid at all costs
Went to watch Oasis at Heaton Park. Paid £50 for the parking. I had a long way to travel home and really couldn't afford to spend 3 hours getting out of Manchester, so having heard some horror stories about the traffic, I left the concert early.
However, when I arrived back at the car park, the attendant had stacked the cars so that I was completely blocked in. I had to wait an hour for other people to return by which point traffic was gridlocked. No attendants in sight.
Annoyingly there was also plenty of free street parking which I could have used. This is great idea for a company - set up a cheap website, strike a deal with local schools etc, pay some attendants minimum wage and job done.
There is no doubt in my mind that the customer service will be non-existent or absolutely abysmal. I do not anticipate an apology or a resolution. At best it will be some passive aggressive email from a 20 year old minimum wage girl or family member. It's all too standard these days. No, I would not use this company again. However, I might just set up a rival website. Easy idea and I'd beat them on customer serivce. Let's go!
