As communicated in our previous email exchange, the tracking information we provided to you shows your package is currently in transit. If your package does not arrive we are able to start a claim with the carrier once they have had the package for 20 days.

If the package does not arrive by the end of day on 9/9, we can start a claim with the carrier, at which time they may locate and complete delivery. If they do not locate and complete delivery, you will be eligible for a refund OR replacement - your choice.

Sleeveless shirts

I also never received my package and…

I also never received my package and customer service was NO help and blamed my neighbors. Refused to replace ($40). Rude response received from customer service when I complained. Buy your T-Shirts elsewhere! UPDATE: Typically company’s response to this review is inaccurate. Delivery confirmation was a picture of my condo building (I think), with no indication of address or picture of actual package. I reiterate, buy elsewhere!

Hello Deb Osterman. As detailed during multiple emails, UPS has delivered your package to the address you provided us. UPS provided a photo of the delivery at your location. While we are certainly responsible for getting your order to your location, which we did, we are not responsible for what happens to your order after delivery is confirmed completed. If you have an issue with thefts at your apartment complex, you can make arrangements with UPS to require a signature with delivery.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered shirts and never received them. Of course they blame the shipping company and refuse to ship out replacement. They were very rude in their responses to me. I would NEVER use them again. I highly recommend you dont use them either. They even claim USA based company but their product is not made in the USA. Total scam company. Deserve zero stars but that is not a option.

Hello Mike Daniel. We did ship your package and provide you with tracking information. According to the UPS tracking number (1ZC1B491YW80785762) your package was delivered to your address on Monday July 28th at 1:39pm. As soon as you notified us that you did not accept delivery at that time, we opened a claim with the carrier on your behalf. The carrier may determine the package was delivered as stated. The carrier may determine the package was misdelivered or lost. Once they close the claim you will have the option of a refund or replacement. All of this has been communicated to you in multiple emails.

P.S. We are a USA based company with 40+ families supported in part by our small company.

Price and delivery time good. Products good too.

The price was good and I received the items in a timely manner. In fact, after the first shirt order, I ordered 3 additional shirts. I have no idea how the return process would be because, I'm happy with what I ordered.

Total lack of accountability and customer service

I placed a custom order with Big Top Shirt Shop and clearly provided patch placement instructions via email. Despite this, they completely ignored those directions and placed the patch incorrectly. When I contacted them, they flat-out denied ever receiving instructions—until I sent them photo proof of the exact email. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to gaslight me by claiming the instructions were "unclear." They then offered a partial refund or a full refund for the pant. I chose the full refund but explained I still needed the product done correctly.

When I asked if I needed to place an entirely new order—now subject to new minimums—they responded by saying the issue was taking "too long" to resolve. The irony? The delay was entirely due to their refusal to acknowledge a very clear error on their part.

The lack of accountability, the dismissiveness, and the poor customer service made this one of the most frustrating buying experiences I’ve ever had. Proceed with caution if you expect attention to detail or professional communication.

Disappointing to hear you did not like the placement on 3 of the 16 items ordered. When asking for thigh placement on pants, there is quite a range of options within that thigh area. You can always instruct a certain number of inches below the waist or a specific number of inches below the pocket to narrow down that area and insure the final placement aligns with what you have in your mind.

We did offer a refund of the embroidery for these 3 items, or a refund in full for the 3 items if you wish not to keep them. Simply follow the instructions provided for a refund of the items that did not meet your expectations.

Customer service

I’m not going to waste time going over the specifics of my negative experience with their customer service chat line.
I’ll just say that if they spent as much time actually trying to help their customers, as they do defending themselves against bad reviews, maybe they wouldn’t have to continually defend themselves against bad reviews.
Any response from them to this particular review should be taken with a grain of salt, as 80% of their reviews are the lowest possible at 1 star, and this speaks for itself.

Attempted to help Mr. Hess via live chat. Unfortunately the order number he provided to us was not a valid order number from our company. We provided Mr. Hess a link which shows all the locations where he can locate his order number, IF indeed he placed an order with our company. About 15 minutes into our conversation it was our conclusion that Mr. Hess may have placed an order with another company, since he said he had never received any order related emails from our company, nor was his number an order number from our company.

Big top shirt shop

Don’t order from this company. They are are very rude and disrespectful and condescending. If you have any problems with your order, they are not helpful. Tried to correct my address because an old address was on the site. just check their many reviews. They have a 1.6 rating. Customer support team suck. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. NOT WORTH IT.

Linda Brown placed an order with our company today and provided an incorrect delivery address.

She emailed us - and without providing a name or order number - gave us a new address.

We replied asking for her name and order number.

She replied with a third different delivery address and asked us to reply when we have "done your job and you’ve switched the address to the correct one".

Unfortunately with three addresses to choose from we couldn't be sure which was the correct one. As much as we would love to do our job - we first need you to know your address.

At this time we decided to cancel and refund the order. Upon Mrs. Browns receipt of cancellation she sent two more emails.

Email 1: "GOOD i WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU ASSHOLES AGAIN. I WILL ALSO GIVE YOU A BAD REVIEW"

Emails 2: "I just gave a horrible review. You have a nice day asshole"

I ordered a 2XXL shirt

I ordered a 2XXL shirt . It fit way to tight . The shirt said it was XXL. From my experience with bigger shirts since I am big chested 2XXL is usually bigger then XXL. I tried to return it but it will cost $15. I contacted bigtopdhirttop. Went into Chat and the person on the chat was not friendly and rood. He said “ I got what I ordered “ no apology, nothing. Never order from here. Now I am stuck with this shirt that cost me total of $33. Very bad business .

We can only assume this review is from Veronica Martin, not "Sue" because we have talked to Veronica multiple times about this order. 3 times via live chat and additionally via email.

Customer acknowledged receiving exactly what they ordered. There is no apology due for this.

Customer has been sent return instructions via email because they stated they did not prefer the fit. Customer is welcome to return their order if they choose not to keep it.

I ordered 4 tank tops

I ordered 4 tank tops, size 4xl, last week. They arrived yesterday. They fit perfectly. The price was unbelievable (under $10 each). They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. I have no issue with them.

So I did not receive confirmation…

So I did not receive confirmation emails when I contacted them first.You can't call them and their chat is manned by someone who is smarquis.Unhelpful does not read your responses before response.
I would not use this company again.If they were the only shirt company on the planet.
So to kind of sum up how this was working. I didn't have any way to confirm my account. Your system wasn't working well, but the person on the help desk was able to pull up my information. Tell me what dates what orders I had but refused to cancel them because I did not have the order reference number which was not emailed to me until the middle of the conversation it was sent to me and they accuse me then of lying the whole time.
Avoid this company at all cost. The most rude and unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced.
Not at 1 time, were they ever nice?Or helpful in any way.

On 3/17 @ 10:00am Joseph Dawson contacted us via live chat for help canceling an order he placed in error. For 9 minutes he refused to provide us with his order number. For 9 minutes he insisted we were not a real person, refused to sign into his account, threatened to call his bank and report fraud, and on and on. Finally, at 10:10am Joseph Dawson decided to cooperate and provided us with his order number. At his request the duplicate order was canceled at 10:11 and conformed for Joseph. Joseph replied at 10:12 stating we are not good at our jobs.

⚠️CAUTION⚠️ Scammers

Sizes are not accurate at all! And if you need to do a return or exchange have fun paying for the shipping fees and good luck getting your money back for your items. This company is a complete joke and will rob you blind. I got a hoodie that was not true to size. Then tried to return it and had to pay an extra $15 to just send it back for 2 months later them saying they never received it! So now I’m out the original cost and two shipping fees.

I purchased over $100 of shirts and…

I recently purchased over $100 of shirts and sweatshirts. I received an email cancelling 2 shirts costing $50 but was only refunded $44. I inquired why through the messaging ap. I was told I couldn’t order those shirts without screen printing and that I should have realized that from the website. The customer service rep was condescending and rude. I truly never saw that on those shirts. I thought it was interesting that the cancellation made no mention as to why the order was cancelled. I assumed they were sold out. I can never deal again with a company that allows their customer service reps to speak to customers in that fashion. I will recommend to our five teams that we never utilize them when we order team shirts!!

As explained to you at great length via email, two of the four items you purchased cannot be shipped bank under any circumstances. New Era does not allow for these items to ship without screen printing or embroidery. You were informed of this before the item could be added to your cart. You could only add these items to your cart once you agreed to the policy. These two items were refunded. What was not refunded was the cost of the other two items you ordered and the $9.99 shipping fee to ship the two remaining items.
