Very quick and easy..After I filled in my bank details, the funds were deposited within 10 minutes....Also, the guy that came to collect the car was both friendly and helpful...I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very simple and easy process. As long as we are accurate in declaring damage the offer price is valid. Quick payment and hassle free. Also I was offered more than carwow and we buy any car.

Chase you down as though every second counts, give you a valuation after you complete their pictures etc, then they say they're not interested in my car!!

I usually skip the leaving reviews part, but I literally sold my car today, so this feels fair.

Selling a car is a headache. I tried the usual big-name sites you see advertised everywhere. Same story everyone warns you about. A good number upfront, then you send photos, have a chat or even a visit, and suddenly the offer drops to something silly, like a fiver and a Mars bar.

Big Wants Your Car were different. I actually found them through ChatGPT when I was trying to figure out what to do, and they did exactly what they said on the tin.

I needed help taking the photos and Benjamin was very patient. I sent proper close-ups, zoomed in on scuffs and even a dent. Nothing hidden. They checked everything, came back with a fair price, and that’s the price they stuck to.

Other companies tried it on. One dropped their offer by £4k, then rang me later offering £2k more when I said no. The whole thing felt awkward and a bit grim.

With Big Wants Your Car there were no games. I signed the paperwork, they turned up when they said they would, and that was it.

I spoke to Lisa the day before, she was lovely, then Amanda on collection day, she was lovely too. All my questions were answered and the emails came through straight away. Money paid before car left my home.

The whole process was straight forward, but strange to me. I have never sold a car in this way before and was very sceptical but every thing went to plan. The main thing was the the money arrived in my account as it should have done.

Really a smooth experience selling my car. The key thing was the smooth process and a good price. The process from uploading pictures to getting the offer, physical pick up and money coming into my account took under 6 days...highly recommend them.

They chase you when it suits them.
Started the process of selling my car, I had to take my private plate off and wait for my new V5, I was hounded 2/3 times a day by their main call centre number.
When I was finally ready to sell, I had taken pictures and disclosed any scrapes as requested.
When the driver came to collect my car, he did not show me his licence or give me the code as was indicated to have happened. Took over an hour to take pictures of my car, and then told me that BigWantsYourCar cancelled the contract due to scratches on the roof! no email from BigWantsYourCar, no phone call from BigWantsYourCar. You were quick to call me every couple of hours before this went through, and now nothing! I had made arrangements with car insurance and sourcing a temp car as I was lead to believe that I had disclosed everything as was asked.
Maybe add roof photos to your photo valuation guide as I had no clue, especially given I can't even see the roof of the car. Extremely disappointed.

Sold my car to big wants your car on the 28th November. Was told all paperwork is complete and the money landed in my account.

2 month later I realised I had not received my Tax refund. Looked into it with DVLA and I was still the owner of the car. lost 2 months tax money not to mention what I could of received in parking & speeding fines if the car was being used. Big said at first I need to contact DVLA but eventually sorted the paperwork which they should have done. I asked about my lost money and was told agin to contact DVLA.

Very easy from start to finish.
Everything completed in a couple of days.

A little disappointed with the lady on the phone during collection trying to knock my agreed valuation down by £300, due to an advisory on my MOT that PASSED in December.

She then said we can do it for £200 instead of £300. I held firm and said no.
Price agreed is the price I’ll accept, take it or leave it. Sold for agreed price eventually.

Really impressed with the service from start to finish. Was quoted a price over the phone after I had sent the info and photos, which was better than from anyone else I had tried. The vehicle was picked up on the agreed date and the price I was quoted was the price I got. Very rare as other companies normally try to knock it down but that wasn't the case with BigWantsYourCar.

All the others should be following by their example. Fair and hassle free. Would highly recommend using them!

Went ok . We agreed a price. They sent a guy around to my house. He took the car away. I got paid within the hour. I will use BigWants next time I have a car to sell

Offered great price, Asked for photos, then emailes to say we’re not buying your type of car right now ! So why bother offering a price for it ! Waist of time
