​I was initially skeptical as the quote was higher than webuyanycar (who had previously dropped their price once I arrived at the branch). I fully expected some haggling on the day, but that simply didn't happen.

Was finding it really stressful to find a company who would settle all my finance for me, but Big Wants Your Car immediately gave me a quote that was better than any other company out there. It was really easy to communicate with staff and they were all so helpful. The process was really easy, stress free and fast. The driver , Glyn, who picked up my car was lovely. They didn’t try to backtrack on the original offer given (I was worried it was too good to be true) and were happy to give me what I wanted for the car. Quick and easy price what they said very helpful very pleased

Simple from start to finish. Easy communication with the people at the office. Got the price I wanted. Calum came to collect and was very easy to get along with. Checked the car thoroughly and after a quick conversation, they arranged payment of the outstanding balance and transferred me the remaining amount within 5 minutes. Great service.

All very positive and wanting my car until the call with a service agent - put on hold to speak with a colleague - next thing cut off and then get an email saying car does not fit their profile. Went to Car Wow - sold straight away no problems. Standard hybrid car no issues. Poor!
