Striking looking lamp, adds a touch of practical style to any room, fills the room with a subtle fragrance and purifies the air. Bigwigs had enclosed a free bottle of fragrance oil so even better a lovely surprise. It arrived the day after ordering and arrived in perfect condition having been very well packaged. Very happy, a treat to myself!

If you want a positive in-store customer friendly experience then AVOID the Barnsley store at all costs.
The unbelievable arrogance of the staff towards me, a loyalty card-holding customer with loyalty stamps from previous store visits, was disgusting.
Their loyalty scheme clearly states you receive a stamp on your card for each £10 purchase you make in store, having spent £20 I was expecting two stamps, but after my experience today this depends on whether the store staff like the look of you and they decide if they will give it to you or not.
I asked to speak to the manager to clarify, but all I got was a 'supervisor' who shouted at me from the top of a set of stairs.
If you are considering taking a look in this store, if they treat their loyal customers like I've been treated today, then I'm afraid you don't stand a chance of receiving good customer service! Don't waste your time.
If you prefer to shop in person rather than online, the goods they stock are readily available elsewhere. The store has an array of aromas... but when you leave the over-riding aroma you are left with is bulls***!

I found the garden fork that I wanted and then started to hunt for the best price, I found it at Bigwicks, I didn’t want to compromise so this was perfect for me and the delivery was free too. The website was easy to navigate and Bigwicks kept me informed every step of the way. Delivery was quick and my fork arrived promptly 2 days later. Very happy with the service, the product and the price. Will use Bigwicks again and would definitely recommend.
