Little Gem...
I would not have known the shop existed but saw this on a local news report about supporting local businesses so from now on I will order my candles and refills from bigwicks, delivery and customer service excellent. I’m really impressed with this company
I’m really impressed with this company. I couldn’t find the Yankee Candle Sleep diffuser anywhere for a Christmas present, I stumbled across their website and they had it in stock at a fair price and it was delivered really quickly. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Poor packaging of my order - broken item
Unfortunately not all of my purchases arrived in one piece. The only item that wasn’t protectively wrapped was broken. Unfortunately it was the main item I wanted to purchase. The refund process was quick, easy and efficient but I’d have preferred they took care in the packaging of the products then send out.
