Awful Packaging
Just wanted to make you aware if anyone is thinking of ordering from “Bigwicks” I’d never ordered from them before, but I ordered a 25th Anniversary Jellycat Jack from them recently. He arrived in just a cardboard box, with nothing inside to protect him should the box get damaged and unfortunately due to the horrible weather we’ve had recently, he turned up in a soaking wet cardboard box that was falling apart and my poor Jellycat Jack was soaked too with creased tags! ☹️ I complained to them and they did not seem too bothered at all and just blamed Royal Mail for this, they said if I wasn’t happy with him I could send him back for a refund - but they don’t have anymore of this particular plush in stock! Just a heads up if you’re ordering from there, as these new Jellycats are not cheap and they are not packaging these items with the price we are paying in mind! I won’t be ordering anymore expensive items from them in the future!
