Great products and fantastic customer service. I received a couple of Maison Berger products but one of them didn't come with a refill bottle as described online. I contacted their customer service who resolved the issue quickly. Would purchase from this site again.

Item still not received. Customer service suggest waiting 20 days before rectifying it, even though I paid for 2-3 days delivery. Tracking number doesn’t work.

Lovely item and clear communication by Bigwicks
Very easy to order and the squirrel doorstop was just as described and beautiful. Will make a lovely gift. Arrived promptly by Royal Mail. The cardboard packaging was coming open but no damage or loss to contents. No doubt opened during transit with Royal Mail, but would be a good idea for Bigwicks to use more substantial sellotape around the box. Would use this company again.
