We are NOT refusing to refund your purchase we are requesting that you first return the item that you purchased in our Amazon shop, and have done so on numerous occasions. You cannot have a refund without returning your purchase!
Your behaviour is frankly disgusting, you have made no attempt to return your purchase and have simply ignored requests for the item to be returned, instead venting your anger here giving a 1 star review stating untrue reasons for it.
You assume that if you purchase something (which you do not like), you can just request a refund without returning the item. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT, you have to return your purchase for a refund!! At the time of writing YOU have not done this.
We will gladly discuss this issue with trading standards, we’re sure they will side with us. We are not in breach of any trading standard. We are not refusing to refund!
Looking at your Trustpilot account we can see that this is infact a usual procedure for you, your account has 77 reviews, of which 90% are negative 1 star reviews, we’re sorry that you feel the need to use this tactic to get your own way, we aim to give all of our customers a great customer experience and provide them with quality products and services, however we do not condone threatening reviews in attempt to obtain a refund for a product that you still have in your possession.
