Hayley has been amazing! I first contacted her after finding her through a National car seat Facebook group. She listened to our requirements, arranged an appointment and went through the best seats for our needs and safety checked my twins in their current seats.

She gave us time to think it through, with absolutely no pushy sales techniques, she is just someone who is genuinely passionate about the service they provide.

Closer to the time of needing the new seat, I placed an order via the website and arranged for it to be fitted with Hayley the following week. She took me step by step through the fitting process, including guiding me through when to remove the inserts and in which order.

Price wise, purchasing the seat through Hayley was no different than buying elsewhere, and we got the added bonus of it being professionally installed which gives me so much more peace of mind.

From start to finish Hayley has offered a wonderful service and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car seat. As car seats are not the cheapest of items to buy, and one that I would hope not to buy too regularly, I am hopeful on the back of Hayley’s advice that we will not be back too soon. However, I would definitely return to Hayley when the time is ready to look at the next seat.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. At first I emailed Hayley and she was really helpful. I then booked an at home appointment online. Hayley arrived on time and tried the different car seats we were interested in in our car, explaining about each one and answering questions. We then paid online for the car seat we wanted and she fitted the new one in our car, showing me how to do it for next time.

An extremely enjoyable experience choosing and purchasing an ERF car seat for our 10 month old son.

It was great that we could book a weekend appointment so it easily fitted around full-time work and nursery. Really easy to find Hayley and great that there is lots of free and easily accessible parking.

Having already explained what we thought we wanted it was great to hear about the pros of cons of what we thought we wanted; and what Hayley thought may be best for our situation and our son’s percentiles. We were sold on Hayley’s suggestion very quickly! But just to ensure we were 100% happy Hayley fitted the seat into our car just so we could confirm our choice. In doing so it allowed Hayley to explain how it should be fitted which was extremely helpful.

Purchasing the seat was quick and easy from her website. And having ordered last Saturday our new seat was delivered by Hayley on Thursday. And in fact even though we had said we were happy to fit it ourselves she hung around and double checked it.

We would strongly recommend Hayley and Bijou Baby. A great experience from start to finish. She 100% understood what we wanted; which meant she could actually tell us our initial suggestions weren’t actually the best fit. She explained the safety features clearly. And the ordering and delivery process was fantastic. We always prefer to buy from smaller independent companies if we can and this transaction proved that such companies can provide a service that the ‘big guys’ sadly can’t and don’t.

Absolutely fantastic service - this was so worth it. We had spent a while researching and getting caught up in the nightmare that is online advice on children’s car seats, and so we decided to go - we got kind, helpful and knowledgeable support, and they even helped set up and install the car seat.

Fantastic service, thanks so much! They were able to fit us in of an evening for a demonstration, had great knowledge of best options for rear facing in a van and squeezed us in to collect/fit the seat in a very short timeframe, which was much appreciated! We’ve used the seat lots already and are so pleased. Happily recommend and I’m sure we will be back for future seats! Thanks again 😁

Hayley's help and service was unparalleled from beginning to end. We met her at her shop where she showed us each of the seats we were interested in and gave us expert advice on what would fit better in our cars. Once we decided on the BeSafe Stretch, she took it to our car and demonstrated how to fit it so we could see what it looked like and then she talked us through the various material options and what would work better in different conditions. We ordered our seat and two days later she fitted it in our car and shared how to videos that gave expert guidance on how to secure the safest fit every time. We left without the box but then changed our minds, so we contacted Hayley and she kindly kept it safe until I could fetch it three days later.

Hayley is knowledgeable and friendly. The home visit was so helpful in allowing us to choose the best seat for our little one, enabling her to sit in them and Hayley happily installed them so we could try them in our cars. There was no pressure to choose a seat. The after care has been great, especially when I've had questions relating to fitting my daughter correctly in the seat we chose. This is the second seat we've bought from Bijou Baby and I'd happily buy again.
