Got great advice and my car seat arrived so quickly!

I’ll start off by saying; I don’t write reviews and I don’t like sales people.

However! What a great service and experience. With so many options and opinions it’s hard to know where to go when buying a Car seat. Hayley was superb! Patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. Helped us narrow it down to 3 good options and then let us try them in the car with my daughter. Once we made a choice, Hayley installed it in the car and showed me through the steps, incase I need to remove and install again.
Hayley and her business are the type you want to get behind and support. I’ll be honest; we were planning to find a seat and shop online for a good deal but after the way Hayley dealt with us, I had to buy from her.
If you’re looking for a Car seat, go to this place. Simple as that.

After doing miles of research and knowing I wanted an ERF seat to keep my baby girl safe, I found Bijou Baby through good ol’ Google. I already had a rough idea of a couple of seats that I’d like & after messaging Hayley, we quickly discovered that they wouldn’t quite suit my girl as we needed it for use from now as my little girl will be needing it in my husbands/her dads car for trips to daycare when I go back to work & she was still just a bit too small for it!
Hayley helped us find a suitable seat that will last her such a long time & she even offers fantastic after care support. We had the choice of going back to Hayley so she could help us fit it or even help remotely. We chose remote due to our own complicated schedules & she’s been fantastic at helping us make sure everything is fitted correctly.

Hayley was amazing start to finish! It was really easy to book an appointment at our home using her website. On the day of the appointment, she turned up on time and with all of the seats I said I had been looking at for our little one. Our concern was that an extended rear facing seat wouldn’t fit in our car with myself and hubby being particularly tall. She was very knowledgeable about each seat and we managed to find a seat and option that worked in our current car which is fab! She then installed our new car seat for us. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and I would definitely recommend Hayley! Will be using again for baby number 2.

Hayley was really helpful. She gave us great knowledge about the seat that we wanted to purchase. She demonstrated how to fit it into our car talking us through every step. When we changed cars months after our baby was born, she gave great support in how to fit the seat. This is why you go to specialists rather than huge retailers . The aftercare has been wonderful and I would really recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble and Hayley gave her expert unbiased help on our next car seat. She travelled to our home and made sure the seat was the best fit for our child and our car and ensured our child travelled as safely as possible. She even guided us after our purchase! Fantastic service. I contaced Bijou baby with an idea of the car seat I wanted after looking into ERF. After a chat, Hayley was able to recommend a much more suitable seat for my little girls needs, that i hadn't previously considered.
