I purchased two items
I purchased two items. SH44 top box and mounting bracket for my BMW.
Quality of box is good and mounting plate is brilliant, heavy and very well made.However the box would not mount without removing the rubber grommets from mounting plate.

Won’t fit 2023 model
Try as I might I can not get this pannier frame to fit my 2023 icon. Description said it would fit which is why I got it, instructions say it only fits models up to 2019.

Awful experience
The worst shop I have ever bought from in my life. I bought a product, it arrived at my address, I opened it from the box to see if it fit my bike and when I realised that it didn't, I packed it again and sent it back for return. To my surprise, they write to me saying that the product has some small marks and that they can't even give me a voucher to spend it with them again and buy the item that did fit my bike. They are bad sellers and worse businessmen.

However, your return was ineligible for a refund or a voucher as it returned to us with a number of visible marks, scratches and signs of fitment and we provided photos documenting the condition of the product upon its return as part of our standard procedure.
We are normally quite flexible with our returns but as this item was returned in an unsellable condition, our only option was to send it back to you.

Best price, wrong parts
They had exactly what i was looking for at a better price than anyone else, and delivery was quick and efficient.
Unfortunately, I received the wrong parts and have to wait about 3 weeks to get a replacement which isn’t very impressive :(
