Shad panniers
I ordered my bike panniers at the end of November but got an email not so long after saying that it was going to be the middle of January because of supplier isssues. I then rung up the middle of January and was adviced they were coming in on the 19th and they’d dispatch them straight away. They literally arrived at my door on the 20th. Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend
