Avoid like the plague!
Phoned for a price match after no one responded to my email or online chat. Bloke on the phone agreed to price match item and said they would email a discount code as I didn’t have my wallet on my at the time of the call. Fast forward to the next morning and the code arrives…..but with shipping costs added. This was not mentioned on the call the day before and the free shipping was the only incentive from buying from this company.
If you can’t be bothered to reply to emails and then go back on what was offered on the phone then you aren’t having my business, the other seller can have it and first impressions go to prove they are a much better company to deal with!
Avoid these clowns, no customer service whatsoever and they clearly don’t know how to win repeat custom!
In response to the reply, the delivery would not have been next day because said item was on back order and the delivery wasn’t free because it had been added to the price.
Certainly no confusion my end and as already stated, the other seller I have now ordered from has already dispatched the item and is in every way more pleasant to deal with!

Our price match policy is that we match alternative websites’ total price you would pay at checkout. Depending on the website, this may include delivery, VAT and import fees which we take into account and offer you the difference in the form of a discount code.
We can see that we emailed you back first thing the next morning with your discount code. In addition to this, you would have received free next day delivery, which we offer on any order over £75.

A good price, and quick delivery
A good price, nicely packaged (no excessive packaging) and arrived a day early, in perfect condition. Easy to install, and I’ve also managed to attach my universal top box to the brackets.
