I have rented a bike last year and will do so again this year. I am Dutch and put a lot of value on a good bike with good service. My sister lives in Edinburgh and a regular satisfied customer. Biketrax is professional and would do very well in bikeinvested cities of the Netherlands. I am looking forward to my rental this year, and the coming years as I will be a returning customer.

As a triathlete I was hoping to get in a good ride in while in Edinbrugh. Started corresponding with Biketrax about a month before we were to arrive about renting a tri bike. I brought my shoes, saddle and peddles and they supplied me with a very nice and fast ride. They could not have been any more helpful. Use them with confidence.

Product available when not elsewhere. Good price. Good service and quick delivery.

I initially sent an email asking a question about the product. Biketrax contacted the supplier on my behalf, confirming that the parts I wanted were indeed included.

Unfortunately, upon arrival the product was not as the supplier had stated. This was their error, not Biketrax.

From that point on I couldn't be happier with how things were handled. Biketrax asked me to return the initial package, immediately reimbursing me for the postage. Moreover, they resent the initial order as well as the missing part at no cost to me. Essentially, I received the missing part at no cost due to the error.

Although I would have preferred to have the correct information from the start, the customer service after the error (which was not theirs) was unbelievable. I can't remember the last time an issue I had was handled so well.

I will 100% use Biketrax in the future. Highly recommended.

Immediate response to a query I asked, followed by a very prompt and speedy dispatch of the bike(Tour de Fer 20), I ordered. The bike was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Excellent service

Ordered a new Garmin Fenix 5, was fully updated throughout the order and it was posted as soon as released. I would recommend Biketrax and definitely shop there again. Cheers guys!

Biketrax I would highly recommend as they were only to happy to oblige for some money to be returned when they failed to deliver on their promise of the part being delivered within a specific timeframe.

The goods arrived with no problems.

I will be returning to them to purchase more products in the near future. I have given them 5 stars because most businesses do not or will not make such refunds to keep customers happy.

Excellent condition of the bike, no hassle - straightforward bike hire! The people are amazing too! I have rented a bike a few times in Edinburgh and this was definitely the best experience.

I recently bought some tyres via their website and live in London. Spoke to staff twice on the phone and were very helpful and informative. I would so wish that there is a place like this in London - friendly, informative and with competitive prices. My first impression has made me want to use this shop again - it will be my first choice!
