Bill was great to work with. I initially order the incorrect exhaust for my motorcycle...my fault. I reached out for an RMA and was immediately provided with an RMA number and shipping label. Upon receiving the new exhaust, I was missing the exhaust sprints. He went above an beyond to overnight the needed springs to complete the install. Thank you for great customer service!

Ordered a set of KHROME WERKS 4-1/2" HP-Plus® Slip-On Mufflers with Edge Tip - Eclipse® - M8 201935.

I called Bill to confirm the color match for my CVO RG as the picture he had initially was a little grainy and I have seen the same set on other sites where the tip was matte black instead of the matching Eclipse color.

While on the phone Bill immediately uploaded a high resolution photo of the pipes that showed exactly what I was looking for.

He did state that he did not have them in front of him and that the pipes are in a box at a warehouse. I said fair enough but if that is the product Khrome Werks is saying is in the box, I’m good to go.

Best price out of any other vendor also so I placed my order on Friday evening the 14th. Got the pipes in this afternoon Wednesday the 19th and exactly what I was looking for!

I followed up with a phone call to thank him and yes, Bill answers again!
