First, the owner is awesome. I had a an issue with my delivery, and as they say, it’s not that you had a problem, it’s how it got handled. I ordered black pipes and the mfc shipped chrome. I sent an email, and before I could blink I received a call. He was kind enough to ship the correct replacements before receiving the original order back without any form of payment.
I can’t recommend Bill’s enough. Great service, great attitude, outstanding customer service.
