I received delivery of my Billna A6 treadmill. It was £199.99 on Wowcher. I managed to buy it just before the Corona Virus lock down. I found the price to be completely unbeatable, we searched dozens of places, website and shopping sites, like ebay and amazon, every single treadmill we saw was astronomically priced, its a shame we live in a money obsessed culture that has no shame in taking advantage of crisis situations. Anyway well done Bing bang bosh and Wowcher for keeping your prices low and providing an excellent product and service.

I purchased a cross trainer through Wowcher and the Supplier was Bing Bang Bosh. The cross trainer was faulty and I have returned it to Bing Bang Bosh within the times scales set out in their returns policy. The customer support team was an online service and was really quick to respond to my complaint. They have agreed to give me a full refund including package and posting and as their aftercare has been so efficient I would most definitely purchase products through their websites in the future

I bought treadmill weeks ago and it's working superb. Their delivery was quite fast and the quality of the product is quite good.

Bing bang bosh same company as IStarz m, deliver faulty, broken poor condition goods with parts missing etc then no reply to emails, disgraceful service, owners of company now on here writing good reviews, laughable, instead of this take the time to respond to emails and refund the money you owe! Telephone number on website fake, don’t know how they sleep at night dirty robbing bast###s

Worst service ever ! Don’t use! Delivered cross trainer it’s faulty and can’t contact them . Wowcher should be ashamed to use them

What an absolute disgrace in this current climate. I ordered a tredmil off wowcher a few weeks ago and like many other reviews I have read seem to be getting past from pillar to post by wowcher and pay pal with no one wanting to take responsibility???? I have contacted bingbangbosh directly with no response also. Can anyone give me advice on how to get my money back if they have been successful?. I hope these scammers read this and get some sort of conscience. Thieving tramps!!!!!!

As per other reviews, my wife and I are utterly disgusted with this company. We wish we had read these reviews before ordering, as we could have saved ourselves over £100 and the stress of waiting for our item, which we find virtually useless and certainly not the quality expected. I cannot recommend this company at all.

Haven’t had my order and cant get through on phone. Ordered through go groupie and they aren’t helping to find my goods.

Terrible shop. Slowly contact, seller just ignoring emails. Quality of equipment is bloody poor. I get damaged equipment and taking ages to return it. Please, don't wastage your money.

Like previous reviews today, delivery date quoted on or before 2/4/20 - offer runs out 4/4/20.
As suggested by Wowoucher 'if there is a problem to contact business direct', therefore emailed info@bingbangbosh and have not yet received a reply.
Contacted Wowoucher 'Live Chat' and informed I should be patient, possible response 72hrs, as they were extremely busy and so were their suppliers under the current circumstances. I did explain I understood as I too am working from home but surely proactive customer service is required and pre-advising ETA would avoid the distress this is clearly causing and generating a lot of unhappy customers.

Ordered a treadmill through wowcher. Worst customer service from wowcher and bingbangbosh. Completely ignoring my emails, no tracking number, no courier details. It’s a day late and I’m starting worry. Will never order again

Ordered a treadmill through voucher. Treadmill just dumped outside the house. Screws missing and labels peeled off. Contacted customer service who didn't even appolagise or acknowledge the poor customer service. Never again

I ordered a spinning bike off the wowcher website. They emailed to tell me that they did not have the colour that we had ordered and offered us a different colour. The bike is amazing, delivered on time. Not had no problems with correspondents. I can not recommend this company enough. I am no relative to any9ne on this company and is the first time i have used them. Very happy with our purchase!!!

AVOID!!! Istarz or Istarzlimited on ebay and wowcher,Bing bang bosh, and Gogroopie is the same guys!
They offer stuff cheaper then anyone else,this is the bait. They collect your money,and never deliver the item. They give fake tracking numbers.
If you complain, no response for five days!
They keep your money as longest they can,and use it to perform smaller orders! They don't send money back, ebay or paypal will, after weeks or months.

Bought an exercise bike from groupon the merchant was bing bang bosh was refunded as groupon says they could not fulfill the order, then ordered same item from mighty deals same merchant everything went through ok delivery was 5 days this came and went after 7 days I decided to contact customer service heard nothing so contacted the merchant directly heard nothing eventually 2 weeks later Heard back from mighty deals they said bing bang bosh were not responding to them and that they would issue me with a refund and have removed them from their site for letting them and customers down so my advice to anyone out there looking to buy from this company save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs

THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ARE THIEVES, THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR A TREADMILL, BUT GOT NO REFUND OR TREADMILL, AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS NOW MONTHS, NOTHING, ALL E MAILS ARE IGNORED,,NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER, BUT UT FINALLY GOT A MOBILE NUMBER, SPOKE TO SOMEONE CALLED SAM, WHO APOLOGISED AND SAID, WE ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY, WE HAVE HAD STAFF PROBLEM, PLEASE LET ME MAKE IT RIGHT, GIVE ME ANOTHER CHANCE. STUPID ME DID GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, AND ANOTHER, AND ANOTHER, PROMISED TO SEND ME A TREADMILL STORED IN THERE WAREHOUSE, RATHER THAN A REFUND ME, SAID HE WAS SO SORRY FOR ALL MY TROUBLE. WELL WEEKS WENT BY, ALL LIES I FELL FOR, NOW ITS TURNED TO MONTHS, THEY DID NOT SEND ME MY TREADMILL, OR MY REFUND, SO THEY HAVE THIEVED FROM ME.
THE MOBILE I HAD SPOKEN ON NO LONGER ANSWERS THE PHONE, IGNORES MY TEXT MESSAGES, AND ANOTHER 3 E MAILS ALL IGNORED, THIS HAS GONE ON AND ON , HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT, KEEPING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT SENDING THE GOODS OUT. I EVEN WENT DOWN TO THERE SO CALLED WAREHOUSE IN BURY, ASKED AROUND BUT KNOWONE NEW THEM, I WONDER WHY !. MY BANK IS NOW LOOKING INTO THIS COMPANY, AND HOPEFULLY SORTING IT OUT FOR ME, BUT WHY SHOULD THEY, ITS NOT THERE FAULT. I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE SOMETHING. I bought treadmill from this company and treadmill not working bought it for £275 just waisted my money emails them didn’t get any response and also tried ringing them not answering I will say don’t buy from this company unless you want to waist your money

Bought a Nutribullet . Within 9 months it stated to leak through the cup spindle seals. Customer service for BingBang Bosh is non-existant. Phone numbers on the invoice and website are either disconnected, unavailable or auto answered with no facility to leave a message. No response to 'contact us' or 'returns' forms on the website or email or letters to registered office or business address.
