The two young men were very prompt and moved the items to the basement in no time.

Worst experience I ever had! Would not recommend. They left me without my things for 2 days. Then when they finally showed up to drop off they never reassembled anything and left things outside and in the garage. Very unprofessional

Always a positive experience with this team. They've handled my personal move, and several moves for clients. They are communicative, careful with items, and they work quickly. They get creative when they need to - I have no idea how they maneuver those big trucks so well! Impresssed. Definitely a 'black tie' experience.

The crew from Black Tie did a great job moving me over the weekend. We went from Columbus to almost Cleveland, no hiccups what so ever. Hard working crew!

The experience with Black Tie Moving was great. Every part of the experience went well from scheduling the move to checking in a few days before to see if we were going to be ready or needed to hire extra hands for packing. The actual move day went very well. The elevator in our new building was not working right but that didn’t stop the team of three guys who began climbing 4 flights of stairs to do our move. Thankfully the elevator began working so they didn’t have to use the stairs the whole time. They did an excellent job and after a week of unboxing our belongings I’m happy to say that there was no breakage or damage to anything. Great Job Black Tie Moving!

The fellows who did my moving were hard-working and Were agreeable about doing everything. I appreciated their attitude, which was “We are here to do a job!”

We have used Black Tie many times - once again, the crew was excellent, very efficient, and pleasant to work with.

Broke two kegs off an antique end table, scratched and dented refrigerator, desk is loose from its base. Have only just started going through stuff so don’t know if I will find more.

Showed up 2 hours late. Arrival time was 10 and they showed up at 12:15. That might not be a problem normally but they didn't finish the job and required us to rent a box truck from Home Depot that same night to finish the move.

Came at appointed time, movers worked well together and were consistent in doing the job. They were friendly and considerate and respectful. They had good rapport with each other while wrapping and tapping every piece of furniture.

Trey, Fernando and Patrick were on time, fast and friendly!
