The movers were great. What was not great was the fact that when you are given a quote the company never told me about all the hidden charges. When someone calls for a quote they should be told about ALL the charges they will have to pay not just the hourly rate.

On time, worked hard and were very professional.

The movers were professional, cleanly dressed and presentable, kind, conscientious, and efficient. Never had better men for the job.

We moved from Ohio to New Jersey. The two men who did packing and moving were courteous. They were very careful in disassembling the moving large furniture items (sofa, bed frame, dresser etc) without causing any damage them and to the home. Same was true about delivery and set up. There were no extra charges. They tended to rush the packing because it was taking more time. Three men would have been better. Couple of items had minor damage. Overall they did a very good job.

Unbelievably disappointed with my service. Some of my furniture is broken. Went to pay and the price was 500 more than the estimate. I said that I needed to use a different credit card because the one on file could not be charged and I asked to speak to a manager regarding the cost (I was quoted 8 hours and the movers said they were told to take 10 hours). I was put on hold for 10 minutes, I was then disconnected and my credit card on file was charged within 2 minutes. I called back to speak to someone and left a message with the call center to be called back and that again, my card could not be charged. She assured me someone would call me tomorrow. I did not receive a call, and called that day to speak to someone, but only got a messaging service. It has been a month now and I have heard nothing. This was a horrible experience.

The movers were very courteous. They had to deal with a broken down elevator yet did the job in record time. Thanks!

A lot of our small and lightweight furniture has been damaged. The movers left our garage packed so full that we weren't able to close the garage door. The movers also left a lot of items in the garage that were supposed to go in the house. From our old house, they disassembled lights and did not tell anyone, and they disconnected our garage door without telling anyone. The movers ripped off the backing to our shelves, and now we can reattach the backing because of the damage.

Victor, the Operations Manager, called to try and resolve the situation. He only suggested sending another crew, which would not be helpful. I've tried to call him numerous times and left voicemails, and he has not returned my calls and is ignoring us.
