No communication

After the order was made and the proof of payment sent to your company, there was absolutely no communication with me as the client. I find that very poor customer service.
You need to keep the customer informed as to the processing of the order, intransit info when it leaves your warehouse and the expected delivery date.

The "order shipped" email with the tracking details is sent via automated email so it may have ended up in your spam folder. Blind replaced

Always good service from Blinds Direct. I did have an unfortunate situation where I received my package but the courier company did not handle it with care. After informing Blinds Direct they immediately rectified the situation and replaced the damaged blind. Thank you Blinds Direct.

We're terribly sorry about the damages incurred during transport with the courier. The blind was made in the 2 working days as per our express terms but unfortunately due to your area being classified as a remote area and the Easter public holidays, it did delay the delivery and then the pick up to rectify the damages. Our team members have since confirmed that your blind is all sorted and on its way to you.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and trust all will now be in order.

Thank you very much ,this is the 3rd time purchasing from blinds direct and everytime the quality and sizes were perfect.
Just the handling of the courier needs a bit of attention as one piece had a slight crack due to mishandeling.
