Two head rail components weren't working, and they replaced them free of charge - I just covered the postage. I have ordered multiple blinds from this company and they are always willing to help, solve any issues & ordering from them is always a breeze. I will definitely always order from them in the future

Your online service portal is easy to use and detailed enough to place accurate orders and receive the same.
However, the delivery service through The Courier guy was very disappointing.
I have pictures of how the order was received. Not acceptable, with damage to the blinds.
