I had 2 custom blinds made as they are not a standard size that you can purchase. The blinds are perfectly made and the sizes are on par. The colour that I chose was not the colour I received as per the chart given, but I am so happy with the colour I got, because it was the colour I would have chosen if it was on the chart.

Thank you for the lovely review! Since screens can show colours differently, different batches of dye/paint etc can influence the final colour, we always recommend requesting samples if you have a specific colour in mind. I am glad to hear all worked out and you love your new blinds!

Misleading product information
I ordered a white item and expected white. Your system indicates it as white, not white washed. The worst is that it is even a bad white wash and about 95% natural. This is misleading and your customer service is not helping.

We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish if your blind. Unfortunately we do have to keep the colours as named by the factory to ensure the correct one is manufactured. The swatch online does show that it is not a pure white colour and we do have samples that can supplied before an order is placed to ensure clients are happy with the colour.

Always a pleasure dealing with Blinds Direct, ordering process is quick and easy and blinds are always made to the required specifications making them quick and easy to install.
The nail-in anchors provided with the blinds, in my opinion do not offer sufficient holding strength for the Venetian blinds. I always end up using other fasteners when installing.

I see your order was prioritized by our team for manufacturing to try get it to you as soon as possible but unfortunately the parcels got separated during transit. We only became aware of the issue of the on Monday morning as our admin office is closed over the weekend, where after the courier was promptly contacted to complete the delivery.
Unfortuantely these things do occasionally happen, as much as we put processes to avoid this.
