The colour of my blinds was totally different from the picture on your website and the corner of the blind was not cut properly, even emailed you guys a picture and you confirmed the cut was horribly wrong. I’m so very much disappointed in this purchase.

As discussed, it is always best to order samples if there is an exact finish you are looking for, or our team are happy to send close up photos of the samples, are screens can display differently. The remade valance should have been delivered and I trust all is in order now and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused by this - we are looking into how this passed quality control.

Very happy with the quality of the blinds, was exactly what we ordered. We had a problem with the delivery of the blinds and although it was a courier problem they took ownership of the problem end sorted it out the same day.
