Thé people were great, however I am a seventy two yrs old , I did not take the wright measures , which I could not take back or fix /cut. But fortunately a friend did it and it works!

Blinds arrived as promised in good time
Installation service was very professional.
One set of three blinds had wider gaps between them than I had anticipated. I would have liked one blind but the total width of the three windows was too long.

I already filled out a survey. Not sure why I'm getting this again - a week or more later! My issue was that the installers - while quick and accurate - left their garbage (boxes, etc.) behind for me to dispose of, and they did not clean up the mess (from drilling the holes - would have been a simple clean up and would have rendered a better review).

We entered the store to look at blinds and left with purchased blinds. The associate helped us determine what we needed for our new built home. She provided us choices with different budget options. She was bang on! Great service!

Melissa was really great
Melissa was really great. Very friendly and helpful. Blinds were installed on time by Moe. We were missing a blind which they had to reorder and are still waiting on a wand for one of the blinds.
