It was our first experience with Blinds to Go. We are two women, a queer couple and we were treated very well. We did not feel rushed at all. The sales staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They helped us select and order the two sets of blinds. We felt very comfortable doing business there.

The installation men were very good, too. I would highly recommend them. All staff were wearing masks and the store had ample quantities of hand sanitizer.
My spouse and I would not hesitate to recommend the Blinds to Go store on St. Laurent Boulevard!

Christine St-Louis is my sales representative and she is excellent, she knows her stock and she is just amazing!
She deserves a respect from her manager or boss and also her colleagues.

Not a very good experience. First of all, our blinds were shipped to the wrong store and had to wait for 10 days to get them back. Second, the info on your phone were not up to date which made us to go 3 times to your store to get them while they were not there. Finally, we got them back after 2 weeks. You have to make a lot of improvements to have a good client service. But we still like the blinds and remain your clients.

The ordering and installation process went very smoothly. My only regret is that I didn't do a test run on the cordless blind as I find it challenging to push the large blind down.

I don’t love the cordless blinds that we got - they take more force to operate than I realized they would. But! The service we received was 100% and I can’t fault anything about the staff members we worked with.

Great service in helping you choose the right blinds & options for them. Very good installation instructions. Blinds were easy to install though it was a bit challenging to attach the valance.

Major Mix up in my order ; with no apology for the inconvenience . I had to return to the store 3 times as a result . For the price I paid and from a reputable company , you would think the manager would have called to follow up on my issue , offer restitution , or just basically an apology . Very disappointed.

Excellent service from the start with BTG St. Laurent Store. Christine St. Louis was great to deal with and provided valuable guidance. Lorenzo did our measurements and our install and was also a pleasure to deal with. There were a few hiccups with the order, but most importantly, BTG St. Laurent were quick to respond and readjust as required.

No regrets!
