Our experience with Blinds To Go was hassle free from start to installation. We got knowledgeable guidance through the various products to get us to the one that met our needs and budget best by friendly salespeople. Then an installer, wearing a mask, came to measure and returned when our blinds were ready to install. Both visits were quick and efficient.

We are happy with the product we chose and with the experience.

We cannot think of anything Blinds To Go could have done better.

During this time it took over five weeks before we received our blind. The final product was OK but the new blind itself is very dificult to pull it up with the string.

Everything went according to plan with some delay for delivery because of Covid-19. Measurement and installation were done professionally and courteously. We were impressed with fit and installation.

One issue, the master bedroom blind came with nylon cord rather than silver chain as ordered. ON checking with store, we were told to send back. We chose not to because there was a two week turn around and given initial delivery was almost four weeks late, we did not want to risk and extended delay. We wonder why chain cannot be put in on site.

From taking our windows measurements to picking our cascades all the way to the installation, our experience has been very pleasant. Our installer Bernard is professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We'd recommend Blinds to go.

Had to go back and forth over the course of a couple weeks before deciding what blinds were going to work best in the new house but the staff did not mind at all . After walking into so many different establishments that have sales staff around who start to provide you with lower service solely because they think you are wasting time , blinds to go employees never stopped their efforts .
I am very happy with the final product after also signing up to have one of their own personal installers do the work .

I have ordered blinds from your store for over 20 years. I love the friendly staff, the quality of your product and the fact that I can bring them to be fixed even years later.

We brought in 2blinds to be repaired and got a call that they were in but when we went to pick them up, only one was in. So it meant an extra trip the next day when the other one was there and an extra outing during COVID, which is not ideal. It would be helpful to ensure that all blinds are in prior to calling clients. Thank you

I have purchased blinds from Blinds to Go on St. Laurent Blvd in Ottawa for a few years, and I have been consistently impressed with the customer service from different members of the sales team. I recently added new blinds to match others I had purchased from BTG a year ago. The sales people all provided the same level of high quality customer service, tailored to my specific needs. They listened to me, offered their expert advice, and gave me different options. Their products are also very good quality and I am pleased with how the products have enhanced indoor space. I will definitely return and would recommend the company and its products. Blinds to Go has exceptional customer service!

The installer who was supposed to install our blinds never showed up at the agreed time. When we raised the issue with them, they sent another installer. The head office then promised to refund the installation fee but never did. We followed up again last week and received no response.

Great quality. Both blinds predicted to be ready for Sunday 4 days from purchase date. Called Monday, and they could never find out and promise a specific date till they turned up over a week later. I don’t mind getting them 2 weeks after purchase, just don’t make a promise you can’t keep.

But again, great quality and price.

The shop salespeople were most helpful, the chap who measured and installed was also very good. The blinds had to be changed as they were different lengths ( blame the factory) but they were quickly changed. No complaints!

We are always happy with our consultant Ashley Villeneuve and our installer, Ryan. However, we ended up being swayed in our decision of four blinds versus two, the former being our initial choice, by Ryan. While we were able to change our order back to the initial four blinds we were penalized and unable to benefit from the initial special. This was disappointing as we were return customers within a short timeframe.

We do consider that the value is always excellent and that the installer is phenomenal at installing.

If I could give negative 5 rotten tomatoes that would still not make my experience better. They screwed up with my order and the blinds are just bad quality with lots of delays and horrible customer service. Someone reached out from Trustpilot for more. The two order numbers are Order Number: 620903 and 617473. I ordered in late July and only received part of the order by mid September. Next I was back at the store for repairs. By the time i received the remaining items and the repaired items it was early November. I drove to the store at least 8 to 10 times if not more to pick up/dropoff blinds and repairs. I made so many calls to customer service as well as the store and was given a run around because I placed the order online and was picking up at the store.

The blinds still dont go up properly and have only been using a little over a month. I was planning to buy more blinds for the rest of the rooms but I will be looking else where.
