Everything was great from the very beginning, the help to order, the blinds themselves, and the installation. A pleasure to work with everyone.

My sincere gratitude to everyone who assisted with my recent orders from the young gentlemen by toll free to the manufacturing staff to the associates in the Whitby Ontario location who delivered my items safely.

I do want to mention how impressed I was with the Whitby location limiting capacity and gathering contact information for tracing if ever required. No other store I have needed to visit since the pandemic's start has done that.

Great product and service. This was our second order from Blinds to Go and would highly recommend them.

The installers were good. I have difficult windows, they had to come back a few times. The final finished work was not to my satisfaction. The small details, not great on some windows. I felt it could have been better.

I am happy with my blinds. One setback was a challenge because the end of living room blind was all apart. It was very difficult putting it together. My nephew came to our situation and fixed it..

Sales person was very helpful and technicians were efficient and on time. Well done!

The rep that assisted me was very knowledgeable and offered me numerous ideas to accomplish the look I was trying to achieve and was very helpful to make sure the blinds were the correct size.

The sales man did not give us the 5 cm clearance we needed to install three shades next to each other over a patio door. We cut back the window trim to fit the shades. When we first installed them one of the shades fell off its roller in the middle of the night. This is a south facing window and it had been a hot sunny day but surely blinds should be built to withstand the sun. When we took the blind back the person at the store was very helpful and gracious. We received a repaired blind three weeks later and to date they are working fine. Waiting to see what the hot summer sun brings.

I bought 5 same size blinds for my first home living room. When I was installing them, I realized that 2 of them were 1/2 inch shorter from the longest one and other 2 were 1/4 inch shorter than the longest one.

I called the store the day after (was too late to call the same day I realized the difference) and the lady who answered the phone at Whitby location (don’t remember her name) was kind of rude and told me that it was my fault because they suggested to hire the service for measurement and installation, and I refused to hire the service. Also, it was a special order (promotion/sale) there was no return or refund. The manager was busy in the moment of my call with another customer and I was told to call in another time. I was very disappointed because on my invoice, the order was for 5 same size blinds and I received 1 correct size, 2 with 1/4 inch shorter and 2 others with 1/2 shorter from the right size.

I hope for future customers, you can have a quality control before to deliver the products. I would mention to have more patience with customers who English is not the first language and have difficulties to express theirselves on the phone.

I give 1 star for the sales person. 1 star for the delivery time (expected 10 weeks I got them in less time)

I take out 1 star for the quality control, 1 star less for the agent on the phone who answered my call, 1 less for refund/return policy.

Fully enjoyed the blinds to go experience. Our sales person was amazing and the install was flawless. Would highly recommend the Whitby location for both sales and install.

Both the sales representative and the installer were friendly and made certain I was completely satisfied.

This is the third time we've ordered from Blinds To Go and they have yet to disappoint. We've ordered 19 blinds over the years and have not had an issue with any. Compliments to the staff in the Whitby location, highly knowledgeable, very helpful and our blinds came in early. Have to like a company that actually delivers on their promises.

The mechanism for one of the blinds didn’t work. I returned it to the store and fixed it within one day. Good service but it should have been in working order initially.
