Order Missing a blind.

My order was comprised of 4 identical blinds. When I went to the store to pick up my order, one of the 4 was not at the store. The 4th blind was made and shipped to me but it delayed my installation. A shipment should be checked prior to a customer notification for pick-up.

Found blinds didn't completly block out…

Found blinds didn't completly block out light and cord to operate blind was too hi up for me to operate
window is a basement one that is higher that normal.

Finish our new windows

The new blinds look great on our new windows. We are very happy with the service and install , all of the people we dealt with from start to finish were honest and nice. A good investment for us !

Very disappointed in the product for…

Very disappointed in the product for the amount paid. One out of 5 was broke before we even had a chance to use it, 2 days later a second one broke, the spring gave out. All the blinds have wrinkles in them and indentations, also when they go up they are all different heights, having 3 side by side looks terrible. I called the store said to bring back broken ones and they will repair them, which is fine but we live 1 hour 45 minutes away so not that easy.
I was really excited to get the blinds, but unbelievable disappointed with what I got.

Battery remote blinds were the worst…

Battery remote blinds were the worst buy ever. Breaking down all the time, fortunately repair has been free but wait until warranty is expired. First and last purchase from this store

All was good with the blinds with the…

All was good with the blinds with the exception of one bracket being missing which I had to go back to the store to get. That was the only thing that was a problem.

Good Service.

Happy and pleased with the experience of ordering a new valance. The measurements were correct and installing was easy. The blinds now work as if they are new. The store is well laid out and showroom displays are a nice size to look at, so you can get good idea of how they will work/look in your home or office. I will go to this store in the future. Sales staff were all experienced and served me well

The product was great

The product was great, however with both separate orders I had to return to the store as I was missing fasteners and I live a 45 min drive away with that being said the store employees corrected the issues immediately and to be fair to the Store my orders were placed online, so the product was shipped to the nearest store for pick-up and the employees are awesome!

They took very long to process the…

They took very long to process the order. It came after 2 months and had issues that took a month again to fix. But even after all this time and effort the final product was not upto the mark and has issues. Not satisfied et ol with their product.
