1st class service

Very quick turnaround from point of order to delivery. Good quality replacement slats, exactly what I was looking for. Finishes off my newly decorated conservatory a treat.

They made them 5cms short and suggested…

They made them 5cms short and suggested that a fabric tape measure could have stretched by 5cms! It gave me a laugh on a Monday morning.They replaced them in the right length without charge.

Fantastic service from the team.

New roller blinds

Absolutely fantastic , Ordered my blinds on a Sunday and all five blinds arrived on the Thursday after. Very good quality, we are working the way round the house replacing old blinds for new one’s so will definitely be using you again .

Missed informed.

We had an order for replacement slats from the company. We had ordered previously and was happy with the purchase. This time we have order blackout slats. Unfortunately when the blinds arrived, we were suprised to see that the other side of the slats are white. I have double checked the website, pictures provided on the website and the order to see if we have missed this information but no. There is no mention that the blackouts blinds are white on one side. I contacted customer services and was told that all blackouts slats are like that and I cant replace them or get a refund. I am afraid I do not work for the blinds company and I don't know that. Also, some.of the blinds were not equal in length, I was offered to have the different lengthed slats replaced but can't see the point as the £200 blinds that we have purchased are noe going in the bin. Definitely would not recommend!

The blinds arrived and were exactly as…

The blinds arrived and were exactly as described. The only issue we had was that the ‘header’ was cut the same size as the blinds and needed cutting because 3mm was needed each side of the blind for the fittings to be screwed to the wall

Easy to order samples

Easy to order samples. Received very quick. Placed my order for 4 vertical blind slats. Received them with in 5 days. Easy to hang very pleased with price and quality. Will order again

Product was ok but main reason I bought…

Product was ok but main reason I bought the product from this company (via ba shopping portal) was for the Avios bonus they advertised. Waited over 5 months for the Avios to be credited only to have them taken away by them for no reason afterwards.
Maybe you shouldn’t advertise your products through Avios redemption sites if you don’t provide the customers with what you advertise. Absolute scam

Fantastic communication

Great company to deal with. Blinds are excellent quality, we tried one colour which didn’t suit. Ordered another colour and it’s spot on, we’ll now order for the rest of the house, confident in the product and service.

The quality of the fabric was very…

The quality of the fabric was very poor. I ordered black and it had pin holes all over the surface. When i complained i was told as it was not a blackout blind this was part of the weaving when the blind was made. It was not the product i expected and would advise people to use another company for a quality product
