We’re coming up on two years in business, and in that time, we haven’t dealt with a better distributor. Jess is absolutely amazing—she’s always willing to help with everything from placing orders to offering advice on what products are worth stocking. She’s also incredibly proactive, often reaching out with updates or suggestions before we even think to ask. Her support has been invaluable.

Steve has also been a huge asset when it comes to organized play. He’s always available for a chat, ready to answer any questions about how a game works, and is the go-to person when you're running low on promos. His knowledge and willingness to help make all the difference.

On top of all that, their prices are very competitive, which makes a real difference for a small business like ours. They consistently offer great value without sacrificing service.

Honestly, I don't think we would have grown as much as we have without their support. If you run a brick-and-mortar store, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve used Bliss for nearly two years now and it’s been a great experience. I’ve had a few account managers in that time and had some fantastic experiences with them. My current account manager, George has and continues to go above any beyond to answer any questions, reserve stock and keep me up to date at every stage of the process. Their website is easy to navigate, all the information you need is easy to access and the delivery service they use is great.

We had an issue with crossed wires between ourselves and Konami due to a last minute event organisation. Worried we'd miss receiving allocation, Steve and Jess were on it. We were 4 days from the event before we realised, and received everything within 2 days.

Bliss have been excellent to work with! We have been a customer of Bliss for just over a year and in that time they have always been prompt with deliveries and have a very clear ordering process.

On a few occasions we have had to call for some information and each time we have been helped quickly and to the best of their ability. We are also signed up with Bliss for Organised Play support for a number of games and every pre-release or tournament has had its materials shipped promptly.

In summary, Bliss are a fantastic company to deal with and I really feel like they have the interests of the store in mind when I call or order products. I cannot recommend them enough for their performance with us so far.

Ever since we have had an account with bliss, our agent (jason) who handles our orders, has given the best customer service a small business could ask for and took care of us all the way through our first order/ pre orders, detail changes etc and we could not be more thankfull!. The company itself has always shipped our orders correctly with next day delivery which was vital as we opened up later in december. thanks to jason and bliss carlisle now has a bustling tcg local game store! Absolutely perfect supplier and our number one choice over anyone else! If they could be official distributors for all our TCGs we’d jump straight to them and look back. I started my business last year and from pretty much the very start of it Bliss has been utterly fantastic! I've never had a single problem that's not been solved by a single quick phonecall with little to no hassle. They've helped me with stock issues and have gone the extra mile to get my store onto the WPN and promos in store.
