I've been with Bliss Distribution for many years and have to say they are amazing.
My account manager Lauren really is the best. She'll never let me miss important deadlines, always tells me when products are proving to be popular and is super helpful. The website is easy to use and it's good to see what reservations you've made. The great thing is they're never pushy either, you never feel that they just want a sale out of you like some wholesalers.
Id definitely recommend Bliss, as much as I'd like to keep them to myself :)

I have been supported by Bliss since 2019 and have to day that I cannot remember having an issue with them.

I like the shopping experience being similar to shopping personally, They are quick to dispatch, provide very clear access to your back orders and send regular updates on upcoming lines.

Bliss have been a pleasure to work with from day one providing personal care and attention. I've spoken to a few members of the team who have all been great but my main dealings have been with Steve and Jess. Steve is exactly the type of person you want running an organised play team, taking the time out to answer any and all questions and going out of his way to make sure you're fully set and ready to go and dealing with issues alongside you every step of the way.
Jess is an absolute superstar and a benchmark for account handlers! Super personable and always happy to help no matter the question or request and actually cares about your business and helping you quickly and effectively to the point I have to ask myself "do they think we're a much larger business than we actually are to be giving us this attention and response?" but no, it's just the awesome service and care :)

Their website is easy to use, their deliveries are usually next day, and the support we've received from Laura, Steve, and everyone else at the Bliss team has kept us from missing out on events, reservations deadlines, and release dates. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

We have dealt with Steve on several occasions regarding Organized play and other matters and everytime he has offered immaculate customer service and has always gone the extra mile for us.

Our contact Jason is always available to help and doesn't take a second thought at going out of his way to help us with whatever it is that we need. Always very quick to respond. The products are always top notch, delivery is quick and always packaged very well. They reuse boxes from stock, which makes me happy as they are not wasting anything. Would recommend this company and especially Jason without a shadow of a doubt.

Moved into selling trading cards a few months ago. Jason has been helpful, approachable and most importantly efficient.
In stock items generally arrive next day and those on back order, communication is provided to keep you up to date on arrival.
Prices are good so I have no intention of using anyone else.

I've been buying from them for just over a month now and have had great experience with them. Account manager is very helpful and always fast to communicate information. Would highly recommend them.

Bliss are great to work with, very responsive to emails and tend to get my packages to me in two working days despite the Brexit border.

Worked with Bliss for ages now and they have always been very professional and helpful. Online ordering portal is wonderful and we rarely have issues with stock being allocated.
Others complain about delays - these aren't this distributor's fault. Communication had always been very good and clear.
Highly recommended.
