Completing at request of BE email feedback request. Initially great, low fees, helpful, quick easy withdrawals for both cash and crypto. Had a major technical issue, very stressful, couldn't access funds. Has been sorted now, more customer support staff and phone number would go a long way for Block Earner.

I’ve been using BlockEarner for a while now and honestly, it’s been awesome. The platform is super easy to use, and I really like how transparent everything is. They are holding my crypto funds since last Wednesday.
I was asked for bank statements which I have submitted and until now no one even bother to answer.
They have only 1 support email which they barley can follow.

Be very careful with Blockearner...
Be very careful with Blockearner right now. It's very possible they're insolvent or something just as nefarious. As many other users have reported, Blockearner has stopped withdrawals of crypto out of personal accounts, claiming that more information from the customer is needed.
Problem is, when you try and contact their customer support via their email link, it leads nowhere!
I've emailed them numerous times over the last 2 weeks, and all I get is an automated reply that someone will be in touch.
Many in the crypto space will recall the collapse of exchanges like Celsius and FTX, who withheld funds and stopped all communication just before collapsing.
The last time Blockearner posted anything on their socials was months ago and their chat function isn't manned by a real human.
BEWARE!!
