Understandably with a young company, there will always be some small bugs in the system. Up until now I have been satisfied with the outcome of any issues (fair & reasonable). Recently a small bug in the system, which should have been detected with adequate testing during development, cost me considerable money. I am appreciative of the $25 "thank you for alerting us to the bug". But, 10 times that doesn't come close to what it cost me due to the bug.

Love the product and service but the communication during the KYC and loan processes could be increased. There were points at which I didn’t know what stage I was in and if the application was still being reviewed.

One of few places where you can get a crypto backed loan in Australia. The process was simple and straight forward, 100% online, and money was in my account in under 24 hours from application.
The ability to manage you LVR and flexible repayment options are great.
