Bouquet much smaller than advertised
Size of bouquet in photo and the size of bouquet actually delivered were hugely different. I spent over £50 delivery was prompt enough, but the bouquet of flowers received was about the size you'd find for £7 in the bucket outside of the local garage. Disappointing.

Easy to order online and from the photo she sent they looked like the marketing photo. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Large Lilies replaced original flowers
Large Lilies replaced original flowers. These are poisonous to cats. I would not have chosen that arrangement.
Also these flowers replaced bouquet which was not sent on 5 September. I accepted that it was my mistake & subsequent refund. I have checked & found that I ordered for correct date.

Brilliant service
The florist rang to advise that the bouquet would not look exactly the same as the picture as some of the flowers were out of season. She did the arrangement with similar colours and it was beautiful. A week later and the flowers are still going strong.

Flowers were a no show!
I placed an order at 6am for same day delivery (cut off for this is 1pm). It was to be sent to a hotel room, so that it would be there for my friend's arrival on her birthday. She didn't check in until 5.30pm, but the flowers never came. I chased the company at 3pm and 5pm and heard nothing back. The next day when they eventually got back to me, they said it was due to human error. Really poor and made me feel really awful as my friend had nothing from me for her birthday. I won't be using them again!
