Great customer service and delivery but disappointing product.
Customer service was excellent, fast response and desire to resolve an issue raised.
The bouquet delivered was nothing like the one illustrated. It was a nice group of flowers, popped in a box with a bit of ribbon. I may as well have just paid and said "just send any flowers you like" because the type of flower and colour scheme, even the box, was different to the bouquet illustrated and ordered. Obviously, sometimes flowers have to be swapped due to season etc but you expect to receive something similar.
Cannot fault customer service though and hopefully this will not happen to future customers. I was offered, but declined, a partial refund because when the recipient arranged the flowers in a vase they looked very nice. Nothing like the bouquet ordered but she did not know that.

When all others failed…
I had tried to order my partner flowers to her work from 2 other places. One of them didn’t even have the flowers I ordered, offered same day and then told me it would be 3 days. Not Bloom Local though, I ordered in the morning and before my partner finished work the flowers were with her. Amazing service as advertised. Thank you very much.

Shambles.
Ordered some flowers the day before delivery. Was told on the day at 12.34 today not available so no delivery. Refund will take 5 days. They use 3 florists locally only. Doesn't say any of this when ordering. Crap company.

Hello and thank you for your feedback, unfortunately there seems to be no "Card Message" on your order in our system, sometimes people would like to send their flowers anonymously which is probably why we didn't question this. Once your order is completed an email will be sent to you with all the details and your card message, this is our way to double check that the order will go out to the correct address and recipient. I will be reaching out to you today to find out if this is an IT problem that we are not aware of, again thank you very much for your feedback and bringing this to our attention.
