Flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. I would definitely use this seervice again.

The flowers was not delivered on the day they was supposed to be, after lots of emails I was told that the flowers had been delivered luckily the delivery address is covered in cameras so when I pointed this out I was told there was a mix up over the delivery date. It should have been same day delivery and 3 days later they came back with that excuse. I did get my money back in the end

I searched for a specific florist that I had used before. Several online services came up purporting to be that florist. I was not aware that which services they might or might not have signed up to so I arranged for a bouquet to be delivered for my mothers birthday.

When I had used the florist I had in mind, the flowers had always been delivered early in the morning. I called my mother to say happy birthday at around midday and asked if she liked the flowers. They had not been delivered.

I called the florist I usually used and she said that she did not have an order for my mother, so I checked my emails. I could not find an order or receipt with an obvious name so assumed the system had glitched and ordered a second bouquet for a similar cost. She said she would try to deliver it that day, but could not guarantee.

Later that afternoon, a bouquet was delivered. The next morning a 2nd bouquet was delivered, so I get a call from my confused mother. The second bouquet was significantly more special than the first. I asked her to check the message cards. It turned out that the first - ordered online as it turned out through Bloom Local - was from a different florist.

To be fair it was delivered on the day it was supposed to have been, albeit late in the afternoon and was nice enough, if not as nice as the one supplied by the florist I wanted to use.

I feel deceived by Bloom Local and I feel sorry for the good florist that has probably lost trade due to Bloom Local effectively intercepting customers simply as they have better optimisation of google search results and came up when higher when searching for the specific florist I wanted to use.

I consider this sharp practice, but I guess it is a case of buyer beware.

Ordered flowers on Friday for same day delivery didn’t turn up till Monday absolute shambles of a service

Amazing flowers! I live in Dubai so it was great to know my mum (who was very sick) was able to receive something so lovely.

Fantastic service with great communication throughout but the main thing was its a tremendous product, the flowers were fresh and beautiful and still are two weeks later, I recommend 👍🏻

I upgraded with an extra £10 , no Lille’s which I found disappointing, ( can’t tell me no lilies available even my local garage has them ) two extra roses and a few chrysanthemums ( good fillers )
