Would never order again
What i order and what got recieved was completely different was so upset and disappointed ordered a beautiful colourful pink and purple box with mutlu coloured flowers i know flowers can change due to season and whats avaliable at the time but got sent a white box with clear paper wrapped round a bunch a of flowers no time taken whats so ever to arrange the flowers abd all bash and some dead flowers also in it woyld never order from here again

Terrible flowers
Terrible flowers, embarrassing. I got a refund, but there was some back and forth as they wanted to reimburse only half. They came to their senses and they refund it all.

I am very happy with the service with bloomlocal UK. I took a chance as they are a smaller branch but their customer service was very helpful.
The flowers looked even better in real life than in the picture presented on the website. I highly recommend their services.
