Unacceptable service!
Ordered the flowers for a bereavement, paid extra for same day, was given ord no 22d69520 phoned in afternoon told out for delivery, didn't arrive, unacceptable inexcusable! Sham service requested reason not given! Requested refund I can only hope?

I ordered flowers which were not…delivered
I ordered flowers which were not delivered. Company said they were. I asked for proof and sent a blurry photo of a womans legs. No address or flower proof. I advised wasnt happy they said they would investigate. No reply after 3 or 4 weeks. No refund no flowers

Outstanding customer service. I was contacted by the florists fulfilling the order who let me know the address was incorrect. They then redelivered to the correct address. Fanatic communication and one very happy customer!

Ordered flowers as my brothers Mother…
Ordered flowers as my brothers Mother in law has just died. I received an email saying the florist didn’t have enough stock so could they deliver the following day. I happily agreed to this. Then found out they had rung and spoken to my father at home saying they had tried to deliver, but no one was at my brothers house! I had left instructions on the Bloomlocal order form as to where to leave the flowers, so that wasn’t a very good excuse! Anyway, flowers have still not been delivered today, which is the following day. Money has gone from my account though!

I ordered at 1.45pm and my flowers were…
I ordered at 1.45pm and my flowers were delivered the same day at about 4.15pm. This was an amazing same day delivery which got me out of trouble for forgetting to place a birthday order.
I would not hesitate to use the service again as the recipient loved the flowers.
